My auto warranty with them was useless. I had a completely valid claim but they just continue challenging it until you give up. If a dealership offers you a warranty with Premier Dealer Services, consider it of no value whatsoever. You'll get nothing out of it.

Hello. Please be advised that your Limited Warranty was provided to you at no additional charge by the dealer, who is the Warrantor of your Limited Warranty. Premier Dealer Services is not the Warrantor or Administrator for your Limited Warranty. Our sole involvement is to provide limited administrative assistance to the Administrator identified on your Limited Warranty. Included in our responsibilities is the collection of any and all maintenance and repair records, as the vehicle must receive all maintenance recommended by the manufacturers owner's manual to keep the Limited Warranty valid. Further, to receive a benefit under your Limited Warranty, all repairs must be authorized prior to beginning such repair. In this case, we reviewed with the Administrator, and the benefit request was ultimately declined, because repairs were made without prior authorization. If you disagree with this benefit decision, arbitration is available as directed on your Limited Warranty. Thank you.

Purchased an 8 year, ******* mile extended warranty. First used the warranty after 6 years, to have the automatic door motor replaced. $600 total at ******* miles - My fuel sensor, and a few other sensors broke. $1800 repair, extended warranty is covering $645 - My Jeep Grand Cherokee has been meticulously maintained, over the years. Not a single spot of rust or corrosion on my car as I had it ceramic coated (exterior Paint) and undercoated for 5 consecutive years to avoid rust/corrosion on the bottom of the car. The dealership tells me the parts needing repair have been burned/shorted - This extended Warranty company said they are corotated. A connector was corroded that sits above the gas tank, but no corrosion on the connectors near the Wheel well? *******. If you live anywhere it snows, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHIESTY warranty company. Theyll do anything they can to not cover a claim. Very unprofessional on the phone as well.

Hello, your Service Contract (sometimes referred to as an extended warranty), is an agreement between you and us, wherein we agree to repair any Covered Part that experiences a Breakdown, as those terms are defined in the Service Contract, and which is not otherwise excluded by the terms of the Service Contract. In this case, your Service Contract excludes Damage, failure, or breakdown caused by rust or corrosion (please see the Exclusions section of your coverage booklet, item #**). We have reviewed the claim and photographic evidence provided by the repair facility, and confirm that there is corrosion within one connector, which is not covered per the Service Contract terms. Please note that by making this decision, we are in no way making an evaluation of your care of the Vehicle; simply, the presence of corrosion excludes coverage for the connectors repair. We also reviewed photos of a melted connector, which is covered by the Service Contract, and a third photo which does not show damage. Therefore, we confirm our claim coverage of $765.00, less your deductible of $100.00, for a total of $665.00 for parts and labor relating to the covered repair. Thank you.

Not sure Premier Protection is a scam, but my experience with them sure felt like it is. I purchased a Premier Protection policy when acquiring a new ***** Accord last year. The dealer pitched it as a coating that was substantially more protective than the factory paint ****** didnt play out that way. When a bird blessed the car with some substantial droppings which I cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap, the paint had visibly faded. I could only conclude that the coating did not do its job and worry that a defective application made the car less protected than the factory paint job.The agent did everything possible to deny the claim - saying notice was not submitted in a timely manner when it was and denying that the claim was not for covered damage. Confusingly, the agent quoted the policy which clearly indicates that bird waste is covered and then argued against what the policy says by rejecting the claim:Unfortunately, the damage you are claiming is not due to weather induced fading, weather induced chalking, weather induced loss of gloss, acid rain, bird waste, tree sap, insect damage (including love bugs), suns UV damage, hard water spots, de-icing agents/road salt, ocean spray, brake dust, rail dust, paint overspray, and fuel stains of the factory paint which is what your warranty covers. The agent further appeared to claim that I should have sent a picture of the bird droppings before wiping to validate the claim:Since there is no bird waste residue present, we would need to see some form of the damage being claimed in order to review.I sent pictures of the faded paint, not the bird droppings. If you want a company that will stand by its product, a coating that does what it says it will do, dont want to waste hours following up on a claim that never should have been denied, and dont want a protective coating from a company that requires you to ask for permission to wipe anything off, stay far away from Premier Protection.

Hello. Unfortunately, this review does not provide enough information to identify your claim. We note that fuel stains of the factory paint is an unusual coverage and do not believe any of our contracts or limited warranties include this specific language. Please confirm that Premier Dealer Services is the proper Obligor and/or Administrator. If so, and you are interested in discussing your claim, please contact us using the information provided in your contract and provide the last 8 letters/numbers of your VIN. Thank you.

Do not use this company period. Their terms and conditions cover only up to their estimated actual cash value of the vehicle. They will not cover the gap between the vehicle and the loan which is the entire point of the *** insurance coverage. They sold me something I could never use and refused to pay out leaving me with thousands in debt after a total loss from a hit and run.

Hello. Please be advised that your GAP Waiver was purchased from the Dealer and not us. The Waiver is an agreement between you and the Dealer, with your *************** being a successor in interest, and is an addendum that attaches to and forms a part of your Finance Agreement. Our involvement is solely to provide limited administrative services to the Administrator, ***********, which includes gathering documentation when you request a benefit. The Waiver provides that in the event of a Total Loss, the Dealer/*************** will waive the difference between the Unpaid Net Balance and the Actual Cash Value, as those terms are defined in the Waiver. In this case, a benefit of $0.00 was authorized. This does not mean that a waiver benefit was denied; rather, it indicates that the Unpaid Net Balance, as defined by the Waiver, was less than the Actual Cash Value, as defined by the Waiver, which results in no waiver being due and owing to you. On review of our file, it appears that the waiver benefit calculation was affected by the Loan-to-Value ratio on the date you purchased your Vehicle. Per the terms of the Waiver, no benefit is provided for any portion of the Unpaid Net Balance resulting from financing exceeding 150% of the ******** Official Used Car Guide Retail value for used vehicles. Note that ******** merged with and into **** Power. Our records show that your Vehicle was purchased used, and financed at greater than 150% of the **** Power retail value for your Vehicle. This is not our estimated actual cash value, but rather the valuation of a trusted used car valuation service on the date of purchase. Unfortunately, this impacted the Unpaid Net Balance in the waiver benefit calculation. Thank you.

Use caution in choosing this company for your GAP coverage. Our vehicle was totaled July 2024 and they still havent paid the gap coverage. The dealership will not help us. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB until any movement on our claim has happens. The dealership undoubtedly has had so many problems with the company they have been uncooperative with assisting us on how we can get this resolved its been very disappointing. They tried absolutely everything to deny our claim. If you are lucky enough to actually get to talk to someone they are very rude and seemed unwilling to help with any issues. Half the time they didn't even respond to emails. Over $700 a month we have paid since July 2024 waiting for them to fulfill their end of the contract.

Hello. Our records indicate that the Total Loss was initially reported to us on August 8, 2024. Once documents were received, the benefit request was submitted for review on or about August 20, 2024. Unfortunately, we determined that the payment history provided did not adequately disclose the principal balance. We reached out to the customer on or around August 28, 2024, about the payment history. Once we received the complete payment history, a review was expedited, and a benefit was authorized. Thank you.
