1 starI paid the $50 consultation fee and was matched with an attorney who was kind and gave me more time than the 15 minutes scheduled. I appreciated that, but he was clearly not a good fit for my high-conflict custody case. I need someone aggressive, sharp, and quick to act. My childs wellbeing is on the line, and theres no room for a soft or slow attorney.I requested a second appointment with a different attorney. The appointment was confirmed, but when the time came, no one called me. I waited over two hours and finally found out the attorney was in court. I understood that things happen, and I even said so. But no one ever rescheduled the appointment, and Ive received zero follow-up ******** make matters worse, I was promised a pricing breakdown that I never received. I paid for a consultation, got no clear legal plan, no next steps, and no communication. Just silence.Marble Laws approach preys on people who are already vulnerable. Many of us are fighting for our children and cant afford mistakes or delays. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely dismissive of the serious situations its clients are in.I want my $50 back, but more importantly, I want to warn others. Im so thankful I didnt move forward with them. If youre considering Marble Law, dont. They are not worth your time, money, or trust.Review fromNicole S

1 starPlease dont be fooled. This is a scam. They pull you into believing that being charged in a flat fee is better than being charged hourly. This would only be true if you have a very complicated legal case. In most cases, you dont need to pay thousands of dollars for a simple divorce. These people are vague in their explanations and unprofessional, and at the drop of a hat are willing to abandon a client instead of explaining in detail or attempting to resolve any concerns. These people are a disgrace to law in the state of *******. I feel ashamed that I fell for it, and even saying that when I attempted to clarify the thousands of dollars that Ive already paid they basically wanted me to continue to pay more. When I questioned this, they said it was unethical that I was asking all these questions and accused me of attempting to get free law from them. However, that is not what occurred what occurred was I was questioning why they had to charge me thousands of dollars for assistance that do not cost thousands of dollars. Now granted, I realize going into this that they had a fee, but it was very unclear that they had a fee every single time something needed to be done in your case. How dare you ask questions as a client whos paid almost $6000 for a simple divorce with no children and no property. These people are bullies and they will be reported.Review fromChelsea A

I retained Marble Law in 2025 for a family law matter and was assigned attorney ******* *******. Throughout the representation, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I contacted Marble Law directly to express concerns and request that Mr. ******* be removed from my case.Rather than assisting, the representative I spoke to hung up the phone when I stated that I wanted to fire the attorney. I followed up multiple times and received no return calls or resolution. When I finally ended the working relationship, Marble Law made no effort to address my concerns or provide case continuity. This left me in a vulnerable legal position, particularly harmful in a custody case involving young children.I am filing this complaint because Marble Law failed to provide the basic level of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability that any legal client deserves. I have submitted a formal complaint regarding the attorney involved to the Florida Bar.Marble Law

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Were truly sorry to hear that your time with us didnt meet the level of support and communication we aim to provide, especially in a matter as important as a custody case. We understand how critical consistent communication and professionalism are during such sensitive times, and we regret that your expectations were not met. While weve taken steps to review your concerns internally, we recognize the impact this experience had and sincerely wish you the best as you move forward with your legal journey.Review fromJoseph C

1 starWorst company ever i had 2 case with them in 5 months and nothing got accomplished. The attorney set up appointment at 2pm and she didnt call me till 224 and reschedule so I lost time at work because e I had to clock out .. it took her a hole month to get my documents filed and it still was wrong and still took forever to get in filed with EEservice .. also the attorney told me that the best thing i could do is to reverse the court order and give my child back to her mother I am a single farther that fought for 3 years to get my child back, I canceled with marble law and I only got some of my money back I still don't understand if they didnt do anything why I didnt get my money back. All of it.. so I am very anger that I owe I don't have attorney because they will not give me my money back so that I can hire a new attorney that is going to fight and have ny back . I have alot more to say if anyone wants to knowReview fromCHERYL M

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience has felt. Our records show youve had ongoing communication with both your attorney and paralegal, and that support agents have worked to connect you with your legal team whenever requested.
That said, we recognize that our limited scope model isnt the right fit for everyone. We genuinely appreciate you giving us the opportunity to assist and wish you the very best moving forward.Review fromRose L

This business gets zero stars - Please dont waste your money , they dont help you with what you need and the attorneys they have seem too busy to pay any attention to your case . My assigned attorney ***** ****** would not give me updates , the web portal didnt work , it was not providing any information or updates as the contract promised . Yet when I requested to terminate services no one bothered call me back or discuss my concern - the refund provided did not account for the deficiencies in their services !! I should be refunded more than the amount they gave me . Warning everyone who reads this - they will not provide what they promise and you are not paying for attorney representation so be careful and think twice before hiring this firm!Marble Law

charged me $2,400 for one court call. When i asked for adjustment or credit for further work on my case, they doubled down. They saw nothng wrong with overcharging me $2,000, and I was denied. I am mid-case and need to find a new attorneyMarble Law

I entered an agreement with Marble Law on April 16th, 2025. It was in relation to immigration. I was coaxed into a $3k contract with ***********. Right at the start, I was booking kick off calls and receiving none, repeatedly. Shortly after, I was assigned a lawyer who was not only very unprofessional, but downright rude. This lawyer requested documents from me; there was only one document on the page. I submitted this along with an email request to know what additional documents I would need next, to which I received no reply. Weeks later, he sent me a "reminder" email to upload the "remaining" documents. Upon clicking the link, I found an entire list of other documents the page that was not there prior. The lawyer expected them immediately, despite the lack of response in the weeks prior. As the weeks went by after I submitted the first document and response, I tried repeatedly to get answers from Marble as to what was going on. I spoke to customer service agents twice who promised they would get my paralegal to contact me which NEVER HAPPENED until I emailed him directly. I was simply requesting a link to schedule a call with another lawyer who had supposedly been assigned to me. When I finally scheduled this call, the lawyer called me significantly later than the scheduled time, causing me to miss the call. After trying and failing to contact Marble over weeks in regard to the horrible service, I decided to cut ties. I am now finding out that Marble is only refunding HALF of the $3,000 amount agreed upon with Clarity Pay. Marble did absolutely nothing other than waste my time on a very important matter that will dramatically affect the life of my family. This has caused undue stress. And on top of it, I am now somehow stuck with a massive debt FOR NOTHING. This is sickening and should be considered criminal. Marble and the "company" they are in cahoots with, Clarity Pay, are taking advantage of desperate people in need of help to keep their families together.Marble Law

Were very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during such an important legal matter. Our goal is always to provide responsive, respectful support, and it's clear that we fell short of those expectations here.
We want to clarify that the partial refund was issued in recognition of the services that were not completed. That said, we take concerns like these seriously and would be glad to review any unresolved issues further. If you're open to it, please reach out directly so we can try to make this right.
We sincerely wish you and your family the best moving forward.Review fromShiloh S

If I could give 0 stars I would. They falsely claim to be "affordable" and although they do offer payment plans. The payments quickly stack up to be more than rent or a car not. They completely over charge for everything like $6000 for discovery or $4800 for 15 minutes in court to dismiss an issue that had already passed. **** was condescending on every call. And if you can't qualify for their payment plans then they flat out ask you to borrow money from loved ones to put them in debt. Very shady and dishonest practice that in the end charges more than what just getting an ******** would cost. The second ******** I spoke to was great and will seek him out personally in the future. But the first one just wanted to argue against me for the entire phone call.I cannot say it enough. DO NOT USE MARBLE!Marble Law
