1 starI visited the Good Feet store in ***********, ** on Friday July 11th, 2025. I knew from the start it was going to be expensive as there were no prices visible and from the length of time the salesman spent talking to me about their products. It was also a very slick and polished presentation with various pamphlets and videos on a tablet. But I had know idea how expensive till the salesman finished his pitch, which included having me try some of the orthotics they sell. The minimum price was shown on a pamphlet as $1450.00. This only included 3 orthotic inserts and 3 cheap rubber insoles. But the real problem came when I made the purchase. Instead of the $1450.00 I was shown I was charged $1740.00. No explanation was given for the increase in price. In truth this was fraud plain and simple. It should be noted that I am seeing some pain reduction using their products but a podiatrist could probably do better for significantly less money.Review fromJim H

2 starsSave yourself some money and don't purchase their shoes. The expensive insoles will fit the shoes you already have at home. Also, a phone call after the purchase to see how you are doing would be nice. The fact that there are no returns/refunds should tell you a lot.Review fromGary M

1 starI paid $1400.00 for three of the inserts and 1 pair of padded inserts and a heal lift, felt better for about a week then started making it worse, no refunds is a bad policy , stay away from this scam and go to a real pediatrician and get fitted inserts made for you, costs about 300 to 500 dollars,Review fromVicky C

5 starsI have suffered for the last four years with my feet. The pain and discomfort has been debilitating. After seeing podiatrists and physical therapists, the only thing that has helped me are the products from The Good Feet Store. Seriously, I feel like myself again. As you know, when your feet hurt; your back hurts. Your knees hurt! I have been walking, even hiking, like my old self again. I never leave reviews but I had to share to folks who suffer with problems that it can be resolved. Particularly, **** ****** at the ******************************* was a guru! Thank you for taking your time with me to help my condition. I owe you a great debt for helping me get back into my body! My girl ****** hooked me up with new inserts, that replaced the ones I used for 9 yrs. I think its my third pair, I couldnt work without them, I love my new inserts! Thank you

I was talked into purchasing these Inserts, Shoes and Slippers. None of it ever helped, I actually think it made my feet hurt more. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Its wrong that you cannot get a refund, but I also understand why they do that. They would never make money, people would always be returning their items. I caution you about this store. I spent almost $900 for these a couple of years ago and they only made my pain worse because we found out I had neuropathy. I mailed the supports back to the store and asked if they could refund any amount and I've never received a *****. A lot of wasted money for me.The Good Feet Store

I mailed my supports to you 1-2 years ago. A young man called me and asked me what I wanted and I said any kind of a refund would be great and he said he would see what he could do. I've never heard anything since. I can't use the supports because of severe neuropathy so a lifetime warranty doesn't do me much good!!Review fromKristina M

I visited The Good Feet Store hoping to find relief from persistent foot pain. What I received instead was a polished sales pitch that promised results but ultimately delivered none. The insoles I was sold were grossly overpriced and did not provide any of the relief that was assured to me during my visit.Worse still, when I reached out to the store to express my concerns and seek support, there was no meaningful response from either the salesman or the store staff. The follow-up serviceif you can call it thatwas virtually nonexistent. Hence there no return policy? For a company that builds its reputation on improving comfort and mobility, I found the products underwhelming, the customer service lacking, and the overall experience disappointing. I regret placing my trust in a brand that seemed more invested in closing a sale than in genuinely helping customers.The Good Feet Store

They use shady sales tactics that are as old as time. They won't talk about price unless asked and it turns out they START at $1200. They need to be upfront about what they do. Plus the product is NOT custom-made as you might be led to believe. They are the worst rip-off artists I've heard about in quite some time. Don't waste your time!The Good Feet Store
