They use shady sales tactics that are as old as time. They won't talk about price unless asked and it turns out they START at $1200. They need to be upfront about what they do. Plus the product is NOT custom-made as you might be led to believe. They are the worst rip-off artists I've heard about in quite some time. Don't waste your time!

Our Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to reposition the feet into a more Ideal position by supporting all four arches of the foot. When all four arches are properly supported, then the weight bearing pressure is more evenly distributed. Therefore, taking excess pressure off the ball and toe area of the foot as well as the heel. This can result in helping to improve balance and straighten the skeletal alignment. For over 30 years, The Good Feet store has been dedicated to improving quality of life for people who are experiencing varying degrees of pain -- often severe-- related to problems with their feet. My elderly mother went here (**********) for help with her foot/hip pain and ended up being scammed out of over $2000 and sent home with plastic inserts (not custom made), socks that she was told were free, and two pair of ugly shoes that she will NEVER wear. Someone needs to shut this store and their bogus claims to help people completely down!The Good Feet Store

I purchased some orthotics from them ***** The sales man said that they would help with my bone spur and ******************* . It only made it worse. I was told that I could not get a refund . I was only able to to get a readjustment or store credit. I feel like hat I was scammed into buying this . It crazy how they tell people that it will help heal them and strengthen their feet .The Good Feet Store

I should have been standing with my husband when he paid the bill yesterday. $2200. In that sack were socks he cannot wear. He has to wear diabetic socks. I had mentioned to the sales lady that the shoes they sell are hideous. She said they are part of the deal. We didnt want a deal. We wanted insoles only. The price of one insole is $450! When a person has been living with foot pain and they go to a speciality store they expect to get a store with a good reputation. Should have looked up the integrity of the store (BBB) before we went cause there are lots of negative reviews. Circled at the bottom of the ticket is the disclosure no returns. People are wanting relief and then realize they have been scammed. We are very disappointed we were taken advantage of. Their policy is no returns etc. The car I drive is not even worth $2200. I feel so badly I was not at the counter when my husband paid. He still thinks there are good people in this world. Not at the Good Feet Store. How can they take advantage of people like that. $450 each for one little plastic thing you put in your shoe?! Ill have many sleepless nights now for not seeing through this scam. He will never wear those socks or those clown shoes either. I told the sales lady that the shoes were hideous. And that he would never wear them. She said it is part of the deal. I guess it is the art of the deal. Taking advantage of nice people who are only seeking relief from foot pain. When we go to the ************************ in ****** we will make the doctors aware of this scam because many people there. Like my husband.want real relief. Not some snake oil salesman. Goodfeet store in ********. Just go online and buy insoles for your shoes or go to your local *******, ****** etc. Goodfeet store covers the return policy well on the receipt. There is none. I am very disappointed and wished I had done more research. I spent $ 1 ****** and can only wear the relaxers. I saw a commercial where the lady had only one set and they were leather not plastics. I would not recommend. I just felt like I was on a shoe store with 3 other people, no privacy.The Good Feet Store

Wasn't actually looking for this store, but stopped in the ***********, ** location to see what they offered. ******* was nice and through enough with the explanation. She used that mat mapping of my feet and a sizing device. The massage was fine but not necessary. She went through the three different inserts, what they were for, and how to use them initially. I am not sure about the need for the three different inserts, but the balance check she did before and after using the first insert was accurate. whether I can get used to using them however is another matter.The cheapest price of $1600.00 was for more than I was expecting, so I have not made a purchase. I am also concerned about whether this insert regimen will be effective with the shoes I would be wearing most of the time. ******* did say I could come back with those shoes and try the inserts again. I may take here up on that offer, and then make a decision on whether to proceed with a purchase. The price is still a concern however. And the no refund is even more of a concern.The Good Feet Store

So very disappointed. These did not give me any relief whatsoever. How does this company get away with no guarantee on a product that is so outrageously priced. These are literally premade pieces of plastic. There is nothing scientific about this. Save your hard earned money and try on different shoes until you land on a pair that works for you. I would gladly give back my 6 pieces of plastic for my $1500.00.The Good Feet Store

I have seen all the complaints in these reviews and yes, I am having a bit of spenders's remorse today after buying $1700 inserts, but I must say I hobbled into the store barely able to walk well and after spending quite a bit of time with ****, who was fabulous at the ***************** location, I walked out sore but much less pain with my steps. I'm not going to be overnight healed, but I walked out without nearly the amount of pain I was in. You just can't put a price tag on not having pain all the time. I have been visiting the podiatrist and the next step after steroids was going to be wearing a boot and getting an MRI. so really, in the long run I've probably saved money. It will take some getting used to with trading out the insoles and learning how to wear the strengthening and the maintenance, etc., but when I'm able to be back to my normal routine without daily pain, it is worth it ! And I had tried super feet inserts and they helped my hip pain for a short time, but I ended up with tendinitis in the ankle and feet.The Good Feet Store

Wish I had done my homework before going into this place! I was suffering with plantar fasciitis and totally desperate, I spent close $1600 wore the insoles just as I was instructed, 2-3 weeks later no relief. I ended up at the Dr, because after one time of going barefoot (just walking) from one room of my house to another my plantar tendon ruptured, now I’m in a cam boot for at least 3 weeks. I am sure those inserts actually weekend the Plantar tendon, causing the rupture. Please, please anyone thinking about going here DO YOU’RE HOMEWORK. Don’t let your pain and despair make a regrettable decision. My doctor could have made a custom insert for $500. He was sick that I’d spent so much money oh and they offer NO REFUNDS and if you have to get refitted guess what???? More money! Now between them and my Dr. visit I now out of pocket $2000… not to mention time missed from work! these guys prey on the desperate, so very sad!The Good Feet Store

First of all I can't find any recommendation from a doctor or podiatrist for this product. They don't work in all of my shoes. There is not a money back guarantee at all for any reason. The price is outrageous.The Good Feet Store
