    A month in on an Amazon door order still no door, no communication from Ceva, no viable tracking # from Amazon that works on Ceva tracking site.

    Ordered an expensive snow blower from Amazon. Delivery was scheduled for Jan. 25th. It is now March 5th and CEVA has missed TWO appointed delivery times. Canceled the order. Maybe some day the snow blower will come... maybe.

    Terrible service. always a delay. A 6 day delivery has taken almost 3 weeks. The package is 45 minutes away for 12 days and I cannot pick it up at the dock. Now their truck has broken down and they will not rent one or use hot shot to get deliveries made. I highly do not recommend using them.

    Terrible service!!!! Ordered a treadmill from Nordic track. They need a new delivery service. Stood ******** for delivery I confirmed with them, never came. Tried calling rude and kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional. Now waiting until Thursday may end up canceling my order if no arrival again. CEVA needs to be put out of business or fix the problem. Hire more workers and vehicles or stop committing to deliveries the cant get delivered on scheduled dates.

    The customer service is horrible. They messed my delivery up 3 different times then when I asked about it the lady yells at me acting like it was my fault. I would avoid them at all costs.

    Can I rate them zero stars? Delivery is already 8 days late. Online tracking is not correct and still hows a delivery date estimate of 9 days ago. Service wont answer the phone. Order was through ********** and their call center trys to help but they get the runaround as well. Can someone please start charging them a meaningful penalty for failure to deliver and failure to provide any reasonable update?

    The worst delivery company ever! I ordered a large table from Amazon two weeks ago and was told I'd receive a call to schedule an delivery appointment because someone had to sign for it. I never received a call. On Wednesday I got an email telling me that I had made an appointment for Thursday at 4:00. I called to cancel as no one would be home and was promised a call back to set up an appointment. A short while later I received ANOTHER email telling me my new appointment was now scheduled for Thursday, between 1:00 and 4:00. I called AGAIN, canceled the second appointment, and was again promised a call back to schedule my delivery. Friday morning I saw on Amazon (no more emails) that my table was on the truck and out for delivery that day, with no mention of a time. Again, they NEVER called me to schedule any of these appointments! As luck would have it, I just happened to be home at 1:15 when the delivery truck pulled up with my table. As I was answering the door my phone rang. It was CEVA, calling to schedule a delivery appointment! I have my table, but ****'s "business practices" leave a lot to be desired. If I EVER again see that they are the delivery service, I'm canceling my order immediately!

    Currently waiting on hold after they've missed 4 delivery attempts. Everyone I've spoken with has been nice, however, that counts for nothing if I still can't get my item. Unbelievable that a company this bad can stay in business or that ****** would partner with them. Won't order large items through them again.

    75 inch tv arrived damaged that I ordered from bjs. Before it arrived I never heard of ceva, I read all the bad reviews and knew this would happened, opened the box and right were there was a hole in the box there was the screen damage. And the way the delivery guys were looking at each other I knew something was wrong. I hope they go out of business. No to go through the headache of a return and waiting for another tv

    If you're having anything delivered by CEVA I feel sorry for you. Their website scheduling doesn't work. Their systems don't talk to one another. And you can't pick something up (that you ordered and paid for!) unless you go through Amazon and have Amazon tell them it's OK to release to YOU...THE OWNER. This company is complete c***
