    They were supposed to deliver a heavy/bulky item to me I ordered from Amazon. The delivery was scheduled for a week out when I ordered, CEVA called me during the 1st delivery window and said they didn't have a driver to bring me the item and rescheduled for 4 days later. Then they called me on the 2nd delivery date and said their truck had broke down and needed to reschedule for the next week. I called Amazon and they said we'll have to wait and see if they deliver next week. I guess we'll see if I ever receive the item from Ceva Logistics.

    My personal experience has been okay. Ordered large 250 lbs item from Amazon with a 4 day service level agreement. They missed the original scheduled window and I spent an hour holding for customer service and gave up. HOWEVER, they do state in the recorded message to try their "homedelivery.cevalogistics.com" website, where I was able to reschedule for the next window, just a few days later. The package showed up and the driver was courteous but running solo, so I helped him unload the package. Not everyone can help lift 250 lbs freight items, but in my case it wasn't an issue. A lot of places are struggling with staffing issues, I'm sure CEVA is as well. My advice is to be honest with expectations and capabilities, and not promise a 4 day SLA if the package will not make it in a week. The self-service website should be easier to find as well, because clearly most of your customers aren't finding it.

    How do you claim to be a ****** *************** ******* when you get customers a timeframe of 9-5 on a Tuesday and a 30-minute delivery window? Absolutely ridiculous. Bunch of lies and false claims, they company needs to go out of business already. They should remove Logistics from their name because no one is logical there.

    Virtually impossible to reach a live person at the company. Shortest personal hold time is 38 minutes. They have problems with the truth and reality. Nearly $1200 purchase from HSN was documented as being shipped (in custody of Ceva), Eleven days later (and 2 prior attempts to contact with no success) **** first adamantly denied the order existed then with some persistence kind of admitted it did (oh yeah, we picked it ** in ******* last night!), I asked to schedule delivery and they stated they couldn't until the issue was resolved. I asked what issue and they basically told me I wouldn't understand. I asked next steps and she said it would be three days minimum. Then what? She said it all depends on the findings of them looking into the issue. Again, what issue? Entirely incompetent and rude.

    I am still waiting for the ** to come. I tried to cancel my order and have it shipped back to the retailer. I dont think that is happening because I havent got a refund yet. If they cant get the ** to my daughter, ( ordered it for her), then what makes me think they can get it back to the retailer? I am at a loss, I ordered it from HSN and it was a 3rd party sale (which they do not tell a person this when ordering). I cannot cancel through HSN, because it says shipped and they will do nothing about it. I am at the mercy of this awful company. Meanwhile I am out $1000 and my daughter doesnt have a **.

    I ordered a shower from lowes end of August. It shipped through ceva with expected delivery date September 8th. Today is the 20th and still no update other than its at a warehouse in ******** with no scheduled delivery date. The problem is this is going in my new construction house, scheduled to have the final inspection and close on the 10th so I can move in. This still hasn't happened and I can't move in until I get a certificate of occupancy. This is the worst freight company I've ever dealt with.

    Ceva took on the shipping of two toilets. They arrived at their warehouse almost 4 weeks ago. When I look up the tracking, they say that delivery was attempted at 10 PM the first time. The next three times it says on the tracking schedule that customer called to reschedule.This is an outright lie, and I dont know who else to tell because they will not answer their phone, Ive been on hold for an hour and a half and it just says please hold there is one person ahead of youIs this what happens when you get to be a really big company and they just dont care about what youre doing.Im going to go ahead and just cancel the order , its a bummer because I really needed my toiletsI understand if theres problems with shipping but to lie about it makes me very upset!

    Been waiting three weeks for package to arrive. Has been rescheduled by them three times. Absolutely a shitshow of a company.
