    This has been a frustrating experience. Ordered an item on Amazon and it was scheduled to be delivered by Ceva. But Amazon did not send the appropriate tracking number for CEVA-delivered package so there was no way to use the Ceva website to set up delivery. The hold times for customer service are very long (> 1 hour). And after scheduling a delivery over the phone, the package was not delivered on the scheduled day - no call from the delivery company, just 'ghosted'. Also no call afterwards with any explanation. I've scheduled a second delivery online but have little faith that it will come through. Amazon does not allow canceling the order until AFTER it is delivered. I'm concerned this company Ceva logistics is a scam.

    Purchased a massage chair nearly a month ago, and still do not have it. Took CEVA that long to get it just from ***** to *******, then they promised me they would deliver it to the port last Wednesday. On Saturday, they called and asked when they could schedule a time to deliver it to the port. I told the rep it was already supposed to have been delivered there last Wednesday; he said it may have been, but with their new and improved tracking system, he couldn't track exactly where it was, so he would have to go look in the warehouse to see if it was still there, and then call me back. He never called back. The next Monday, I got word from the port it was finally delivered, almost a full month after I ordered it. This worldwide logistics company has apparently just implemented a new computer tracking system that is so bad that they are rolling it back completely. Do they not beta test this stuff first? How unprofessional.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Three different scheduled/confirmed deliveries on three different days have not arrived. I've now taken 3 days off work and still don't have my order that was originally supposed to be delivered on 10/17. Extremely annoyed. This company is so f'ing unorganized, doesn't answer their phones or ******** messages. There are thousands of unhappy customers wondering where their items are. Just take a look at the comments on their ******** page, Yelp, BBB, ******* etc from customers with similar experiences. I don't know how this company is still in business. Beware! I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund on the over $4,000 item they failed to deliver 3 times. Do better, Ceva!! F'ing ridiculous.

    (Ceva Logistics) is a nightmare, there is no way you can check your order tracking, and if you call them no one will answer your phone calls regardless what time, youll stay on hold for hours and finally youll get hung up on, Ive ordered a number from Amazon on September 28th 2022 and I kept getting false delivery dates all the way, today is October 23rd 2022 and the item never arrived, Amazon stated that the item may be lost, which is the same excuse (ceva) uses all the time according to the reviews from dissatisfied customers on ****** and Amazon. Ironically, there is an Amazon review form it calls is( Ceva) a nightmare? And it is full of horrible bad experiences from dissatisfied customers during the years, I dont know why Amazon still using ceva for shipping or what kind of ties between them.

    Lowes, how could you do business with such a terrible company!!?! I have yet to receive my shipped item that was sent allegedly on 10/7 and they are refusing to refund me because its enroute. This company is a joke, they have no customer service and I am at a total loss about what to do now.

    This company should not be in business. All the 1 star reviews are spot on. Their tracking does not work they as to schedule a delivery and confirm it then don't show up. **************** doesn't answer emails and if you call a local office it will ring until it disconnects. The main customer service number on the web site does get answered by an auto attendant but if you try to get to a person expect to be on hold for a couple of hours. They send confirmations but I was told that is all automated so they really don't mean anything. If you have any other option take it. If you don't and there are issues, and there will be, go back to the company you ordered from and create as big a headache for them as Ceva will for you. Make sure they know **** is ruining their reputation.

    This is absolutely the worst delivery company out there. They automatically schedule deliveries and then don't show up. They don't call you, email you, text you- nothing, just don't show up. Then the onus is on you to track down where your shipment is. If you call them, plan on at least 90 minutes on hold before they might answer. If you email them, there is no response. Why do large retailers continue to use these idiots? No wonder everyone that uses them gets beyond frustrated.Ridiculous.

    THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS BUSINESS ARE ONLY OUT FOR A PROFIT WITHOUT ACTUALLY DELIVERING THE PRODUCTS! THEY RECEIVE THE STORE PRODUCTS TO BE SHIPPED AND NEVER ACTUALLY DELIVER. WHERE IS EVERYONES PURCHAES GOING? ARE THEY RESELLING FOR ANOTHER PROFIT. SOUNDS IT TO ME! SCAMMERS! WHY WOULD STORES ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO TARNISH A GOOD REPUTATION. SHAME ON YOU LOWES FOR NOT TRYING A DIFFERANT ROUTE FOR DELIVERY. THINK OF ALL THE REFUNDS AND THE CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE LOST BECAUSE YOU CHOSE TO SAVE A DOLLAR YOURSELF. lOWES IS PROBABLY IN ON THIS ALSO. ********** ON YOU FOR STEALING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!     Purchased a new generator 2 weeks ago and it still gas not shipped. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago.Tracking dies not work and customer support stinks. Called ************ direct and they said CEVA has over 250 generators sitting in a warehouse waiting to be picked up and they cant get any answers as to why the hold up. ***** needs to change who does there freight shipping as CEVA is Not going to help with orders anymore as I will shop elsewhere. Very dissatisfied.
