      My elderly mother was taken advantage of by Jeromes Furniture after a disappointing mattress purchase experience. Although the in-store experience was pleasant, my mom was excited to finally invest in a $2,300 mattress and $1,000 adjustable base due to her back problems. Unfortunately, the mattress arrived damaged, and after sleeping on it briefly, she found it uncomfortable and requested a refund, citing both poor delivery and customer service. Instead of honoring her request, Jeromes only offered store credit for the same or more expensive mattressrefusing to refund the difference if she chose a cheaper one. This led to her being upsold on a mattress $1,000 more, which also arrived tornsomething the delivery driver documentedforcing us to cancel plans again just to accept it. Now, Ive had to step in to protect my mother from being further taken advantage of, after nearly $5,000 has been spent on a basic mattress purchase. With no manager available on weekends and the only solution offered being yet another inconvenient delivery, I strongly urge others to stay awaythis place operates like a shady car lot with a no-refund trap that leaves you stuck.

      They literally lied and dont honor their word. The salesman was nice but a lier I was told that I can return my purchase if didnt feel comfortable with it and they will keep 20% restock fee for which I agreed, when tried to return they told me that I will have to get another item same price or more expensive plus pay the 20% restock fee on the returned item.

      Received our mattress on Dec 23 Called them on Dec 26 about a ********** ive Been calling them constantly about a defective *************** us the run around after speaking to a *** named ***** supposedly at HQ Since last week telling us that a manager will in touch to follow up and that a technician would have to look at the mattress. No Follow up or update provided. **************** is a Joke. The automated phone service is probably just ringing to the same person and no one answers. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything here. Mr ******

      Terrible experience. Our sales associate Mailie was great! Five stars, however dealing with the issues of our furniture not being installed correctly, missing screws in our bed and the bed being crooked that made it impossible for the mattresses to fit. Yaqui, the supervisor, was the worst and laughed and scoffed at me when I asked for compensation for the faulty product and installation. I have never had such a sub par experience and will never use them againafter spending over $7000. So sad tried to keep it local so we could be returning customers. Mind blown at the lack of customer service and arrogance.

      Such an easy ordering process. Delivery was even better! I received a text with a delivery window, it was delivered within 30mins, and finished setup with in 10mins.
