      Bad customer service manager very rude!I have a mattress since May 2022 and have had a bad experience since I got it. It never worked and I cant contact anyone at the store. You cant contact corporate at all and neither can the employees.This is the second lemon of a mattress, that I have received.I had to leave work 4 times already and still the problem is not resolved.This time around I have been waiting on them to respond for over a week now and still nothing.Can someone please help me, I just want to sleep!

      Jeromes furniture has terrible customer service! We ordered a set of bunk beds and decided to have them delivered then assemble ourselves. The set of beds was almost complete when we were ready to assemble the bottom bunk bed we opened the packaged box to find a bed rail that was damaged from a bolt that was previously installed at the end of the rail and the wood was chipped down to the bolt hole making the hole unusable and unsafe for my child. The rail had evidence of further use when we noticed lines of dust where bed supports were previously installed and a nail hole. It became very apparent that the box that we received had used materials and were damaged. I am absolutely appalled by this because we bought new furniture. How does a company repackage used and damaged materials and deliver it to a customer as if it was supposed to be new?Its been a week since my delivery and I have talked to **************** three times and they keep telling me I have to get a hold of service department because theyre the only ones who can help me with this issue. We have called the service department daily and have waited on hold for over an hour each time with no luck getting through to somebody.My child has been out her new bed while her older sister sleeps on the top bunk and she sleeps on the floor looking at all the other new furniture except her own. This is absolutely ridiculous that I am unable to get through to somebody to leave a number for them to call me back. We did receive one callback from the service department from an unknown number and they left a message for us to call the same number that we wait on hold for hours. I would not recommend using Jeromes furniture for a place to shop as you may experience something like we did used damage furniture and no customer service to resolve it

      Terrible customer service. Husband and I ordered a couch/daybed unit and it was delivered without hardware and instructions. We have called numerous times, written emails, and even went down there in person. The only thing we got was long holds on phone calls (currently on hold again), hang *** when we actually got through and more numbers to call. I would like this situation fixed. I am paying on furniture I am unable to currently use.

      I have bought multiple pieces of furniture here and I keep coming back and I always Refer anyone I know who mention they are thinking or in the process of re-decorating and wanting to buy furniture I always send them to Jeromes furnishing in Rancho,love the price and people. Thanks ******** for helping us with are recent furniture purchase.
