      We bought a $4000 Jeromes mattress 2 years ago with a 10 year warranty. One corner of the mattress is extremely sagging. This is not a normal wear and tear defect. Jeromes has fought me all the way over the last month. Once they make one excuse not to replace it and I point out it is not legal, they then find another excuse! You cannot deal with one person and just get the run around. There is a reason why Jeromes does not have good phone numbers for their customer service complaintsbecause they try their hardest to avoid helping you with a warranty problem. I wish I would have looked up their reviews prior to purchasing this mattress. They have terrible reviews when it comes warranties and customer service on all platforms.

      I purchased a sectional for almost $3000 from Jeromes. The seams on the cushions started falling apart with in 3 months of purchase. The seams completely split apart. They sent replacement covers that ended up with the exact same issue. They told me too bad and they would not be doing anything about it.

      Very friendly and helpful. *** was patient and helped us to the couch for us. Great conversation. Quick and easy. They take affirm which was a good fit for me. We will be coming back!

      Excellent service - you dont feel pressure and all sales people very friendly from the start to end .***** ****** was my salesman he did all he could to do to assist me with my purchases without any issues. And the prices here are great for clearance to people on a a budget , you get good quality furniture . Jeromes as become are got to for all furniture and outside patio needs. . Excellent service !Thank you ***** for your help !

      DO NOT SHOP HERE! Customer satisfaction is not a priority. The quality of their store products vs what they deliver are completely different. And if your furniture is not comfortable.too bad, zero return policy

      The Oops policy does not cover "Oops", my husband sprayed an organic stem on a placemat on the table and the marble discolored. The Manager ****** ******** at **** customer service refused to cover the OOPS! DO NOT BUY THE Barclay marble table, it's impossible to maintain and even with mats in place it damages. ESPECIALLY DO NOT BELIEVE THE OOPS POLICY WILL COVER AN OOPS!!!! EXTREMELY BAD to sell subpar furniture then have a policy that should cover but DOES NOT!!!!

      Bought bedroom set yesterday and will be delivered next week. 5-stars for everthing except the ending transactions. Pricing good, sales person good, customer service from all not even helping good. The problem is we signed everything all smiles, got in the car and noticed something. The salesman put three chest for $899 on our account when we only bought one chest & two night stands (which are $499). This may have been an oversight, maybe not. The issue is this means no one else involved in the process caught this, verified with us at all. We caught the mistake as we were opening our paper work to leave. Seems once they saw how much credit we received, they did their best to get us to that amount. Seems like a shady practice, please be aware.

      I like ******** furniture, but it is crazy how long it takes to get the furniture. This is the second time that it has taken several months to get my *********************** latest purchase was a sectional couch from Jeromes on June 14, with the expectation that it would arrive in a few weeks. However, I was later informed, just now, that the delivery is now expected by the end of September, and even that date is not ************* add to my frustration, I initially bought this new couch because the previous one I purchased from them fell apart after just a few months of use. When I requested replacement cushion covers, I received the wrong covers on at least two occasions, and even that process took several months.This delay is unacceptable by any standard.If word of mouth is indeed the best form of advertisement, please know that I am far from satisfied with their service at this point and I am not singing their praises for obvious reasons I expect a competent response. There is no clear and transparent explanation of what is going ***** a reminder, great customer service is about building trust and loyalty. Excellence is not an act, but a habit. Lets turn this situation around and make it right. If not for me, then for someone else who is trying to build their home. Thank you.
