      Ooops protection plan: BUYER BEWARE: Purchaced a 5 piece sectional through Jeromes in 2017 and had one of the recliners not working properly along with 2 small stains (size of a dime) Spoke to the Manager ***** with the furniture protection and was very dissaponted to hear that they will not cover ANY of my warranty issues. Especially, the mechanical part to my recliner that won't even open properly. This place is a scam and have NEVER had anyone tell me that they would not fix any mechanical issues!?! I have owned couches with protection plans with Living Spaces, Ashley *********************** Mor Furniture and they have always helped with the mechanical mechanisms and NEVER had experienced such poor customer service in my life and the manager wouldn't even consider helping me out nor sending someone to look at it before he judged off the photos and denied my claim. You spend so much money with this "Oops Protection Plan" to have a piece of mind that you will be covered after spending so much on your furniture, but to find out that you are NOT covered! Beware people and do not get the oops protection plan with ********, because they will NOT cover the basics let alone a dime size stain.

      Horrible customer service!!!! I purchased a bedroom set in ******* that was on back order forever. It now has peeling paint on the dresser and bed. On all three items bed, dresser, and nightstand the drawers are all crooked and do not shut correctly. After taking days off of work to have a tech come fix it, nobody ever showed up. Finally after multiple calls a tech came up. He looked at the furniture and told me there was nothing he could fix, or do and that the paint would continue to peel even if he did try to fix it. So he left, and now I am dealing with a manager who tells me that I can keep the furniture as is (unfixed) and they will give me $220 back. I cant believe this, this is unacceptable and not customer service. Do NOT buy ******************** for ********

      I was looking for new couches , I Was greeted by friendly people smiling faces and it was so nice to see. **** came to greet me and told me if I need any help or any questions to just call him over. I love that he gave me my space to just wonder around and take my time with no pressure. **** is super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. So I bought my couches and I love them. Thank you ****

      We purchased 6 pc power motion sectional sofa after the salesman and manager said that they could deliver to our home on monday. our *************** from ****** says that delivery is scheduled for August 15.Monday we waited for the delivery to come but it never happened. We did not receive any notification or updates from ******.We called the manager and he said ****** cancelled the delivery because the sofa is missing a wedge that is not available until late september. But we did not receive a call/text message/email in regard to that. Yesterday morning I moved out my old furniture to make space for the new furniture that was supposed to be delivered Monday.Now I have nowhere to sit or work because ****** didn't deliver the furniture as promised and didn't notify me that they are unable to deliver, before I removed my old furniture. Moving my old furniture back and forth plus not having a proper place to sit is causing me a lot of back pain.

      After searching ******** website for items available, placed an order for several items we needed in a couple days. Checked my order and discovered one of the items was not available and expected early August. All the items would then be delivered. Called and canceled all but one item as the others would not arrive in time. Checked again August first and the one item was available so I called customer service to check delivery status. Was told it wasn't scheduled and earliest would-be August 6th. Asked if I could pick it up, placed on hold, rep. came back on said they could deliver August 3rd and they would call August 2nd with a delivery time. No call.Called August 3rd and was told the item wasn't scheduled. It'd now scheduled for August 4th and I am to get a call today (Aug. 3) with the time. Will update this post August 4th.

      Great customer service! Appreciated the help in making my decision . It was nice to have my questions answered. It made me feel good to make an immediate purchase. Also so kind to have my purchase carried to my car. It worked out well when I got it in my house. I was able to use it just as I needed to. It made me happy. Thank you for the great service!

      Great customer service when youre on the floor picking your furniture. But when you call for a claim the representative are rude and the claims take a long time. Hopefully changes have been made because this is the last chance I am giving Jeromes before seeking other stores.
