      Bad experience it is the third time delivery with the damaged furniture. I won't ever purchase it again.

      Ordered 5 pieces of furniture. ************** RCLNR was damaged on delivery December 19th, 2023.Tech. Verifies damage to chair Jan. 10, ****. I was told will take 10 weeks to obtain part from ********.Full order placed and received 12/08-12/19, yet takes 10 weeks for part?Feb. 20, ****, verified part order with customer service claim: still waiting.Buyer Beware truly applies to MorFurniture for ***************** truly applies.

      They do not stand behind their products and the extended warranty is in the businss of denying claims. Bought 2 of the same recliner chair @ the same time approx 18 mo. One looks ok - the other looks 10 years old. There is no process to talk to a manager in claims or in customer service. The answer to everything is a firm "NO" *** and I had the same experience. Our 20 year old ******** reclilners look better.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      We purchased a couch that arrived damaged. They sent a tech out who confirmed the issue. They sent out a second tech weeks later who had the wrong part. A third tech was unable to fix the issue. Communication has been non existent since the third tech. I just want to return the broken furniture and get a refund or receive a functional couch. Ive never been treated this way by a furniture company before

      We purchased two expensive powered recliners due to our bad knees with previous surgeries. We were told if we purchased the 4 year "everything covered for any reason" warranty policy which was supposed to cover any and all problems and regular maintenance for 4 years -- turns out to be a joke. We called for warranty service due to the phone chargers not working in the arm rests and requesting annual service and adjustments after just over a year of ownership. They sent a service tech out who said we needed new "electric controllers" and new "lift mechanisms" in both chairs. He went back to order parts and we got a call from the service department saying: " we will not be honoring ************ as warranty due to the fact that you didn't call and report them within 5 days of purchase date????" I guess their FOUR YEAR WARRANTY is really a FIVE DAY WARRANTY............ WE WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MOR again and will be telling all our friends about this too!

      We purchased a customized sofa set there in June, it is ******* and it looks like it is three years old by the way it has worn down. I contacted more furniture because we have a warranty on it. They sent a technician out. After canceling twice. The technician even said it was poor quality, Mor furniture is not doing anything about it. They said that there is no manufacturer warranty for that if we want to replace any of the cushions, then we have to pay for them. I will not do business with more furniture again. Their customer service has been very poor even with their response times not just the fact that they wont acknowledge how poor the quality is of this sofa set.

      The Furniture Protection Plan is a joke!! We purchased 2 leather recliners in January 2022, Despite the promise of 2 weeks for delivery, we finally received the electric recliners in late March. As well we also an expensive TV wall unit, which was delivered within a couple of weeks, & and I was charged for a repair furniture kit. For a faux wood item? Loved the electric ************* charger ports on the recliners. However, one stopped working in July, 2023. Filed a claim for repair, contacted them several times. They repeatedly said there was not a service rep available to schedule. After the 3rd call in late September, I asked why it was taking so long & why they didnt have enough reps in *******************? They look up my zip code, & tell me its for a small town in *********!! It seems apparent that they intentionally delay service, hoping youll just give up!!They finally sent someone in early DECEMBER to inspect. We had sent photos & the specific part #s in JULY! The parts are available on Amazon, 2 day delivery for about $60, but they said it will take 2 months to get parts! And then schedule the repair!! SIX MONTHS OF BEING UNCOMFORTABLE! STILL WAITING FOR PARTS?? Its January, ****! I was told by a former salesman that had quit, that the ********************** quality of their furniture is for 18 months use! Unbelievable!You cant talk to the store manager! Who obviously isnt interested in customer satisfaction, or repeat customers! Someone will just send you another email to file a claim! TOTAL SCAM!! Will never shop there again!!

      They make promises of delivery and dont follow through. They even tried to deliver the wrong product. Then had me wait an additional 2 weeks after waiting nearly 2 months

      I wish I could do a negative review but This is by far the worst store to do business with. I paid $11k for an adjustable bed for my parents and after the second night my mom was in pain and sore from the bed. I called to return it and they said no can do! I spoke with the ** ********* and he told me he had no time for me and hung up on me. I called again and waited half hour on the phone and my sales ******************* answered and I told him I need to return this and get my money back. He starts laughing and hands the phone to the ** and he then starts laughing and says no return. Mind you they take our money and then they dont care. ****** the sales guy is a liar and a snake, do not deal with this place. He lies to make a sale typical sales guy lie to make money. Remember one thing KARMA and it will one day happen to you and get you as you have been getting so many people. ********* the so called **, he has no customer service whats so ever! I have never heard a ** say I dont have time for you and for him to say that im wasting his time then hang up. I paid you $11k for this bed and you dont care. I hope you also get a what is coming for you and I will be reporting this to the BBB. Worst place to buy furniture from is this place. Please do not waist your time and money! They lie and the product *****.

      I bought a sectional less than a year ago with full warranty coverage at extra cost. Within that year, multiple things started not working on this sectional. I filed a claim with the warranty company, who came out and assessed. I was then notified that because there were multiple defects at one time, they considered this extensive damage and refused to repair the sectional. I was told that they only covered one item at a time, and only if reported within 5 days. This is a loophole that the store did not tell us. They assured us that everything would be covered for the life of the sectional or 5 years. This was deceitful in getting us to buy this item, as we were assured that if anything went wrong it would be fully covered. We are very disappointed with the quality versus the cost we paid and the refusal to make things right.
