      Delivery is a joke, I had to cancel my order cause they werent willing to deliver at a later time. Driver never contacted me 30 minutes to and hour like discussed with the warehouse. Doesnt make sense that the driver is going to drive pass my house to take the delivery back to the warehouse.

      WOW! I am saddened and SHOCKED by POOR **** SERVC I received today after my bed delivery. Some back ground... a few months ago I spent $2500 on my living room/dining room area as a treat to myself after MONTHS of reoccurring trips to this MOR. Just to be sure, what I had eyes on was truly what I wanted. Went multiple times& even had my salesmen with the tape measure to be sure the fit was perfect. It was! Process was easy and I even got free delivery & the protection plan to cover damages. Went back a few times recently because I had my eyes on a canopy bedroom set after 2-3 visits to look around & be sure I had the bed of dreams.I did notice a small abnormality with the canopy bed but was assured that it was the floor ********** bed wouldn't have those defective abnormalities. I made the purchase last week& just happened to catch the final July 4th sale, spent another $1100 but I was happy. Bed delivered today, mineral colored canopy bed what do you know, the same defects with the bed I received as the floor model. I immediately called *********************** photos of the defects on the bed. Explained I was told this was NOT going to have the same problem as floor model. IT DID! I didnt want to be a headache! The rep advised I could switch out the bed w/ the same or get a diff color. I figured I would get the same bed diff color, maybe the defects wont be there. They told me I have to pay $99 for a replacement b/c the color change. So I explained to them, if you have to come to get the defective bed you sold me, why would I have to pay a $99 fee for delivery if you have to come get the defective ********* the EXACT SAME BED, different color. why would I reorder a 2nd bed when the first is proven to have abnormalities as the floor model? So now, Ive spent almost $4000, & in need of good cust serv, its nowhere to be found. Their cust.serv. **** needs training & I will writing the board re the cust.srvc & the representative I spoke to refused to give me their name.

      Purchased a new king *** frame from mor furniture for less. Received the *** frame a week after purchase only to open up a defective frame. The head board had multiple imperfections along with a white scuff **** on it. That's not it! The foot board that had drawers had missing parts. The side rails had plastic capping that was pulling and peeling back. The whole thing had multiple defects, more than we were able to take pictures of. So we start return process and return the *** frame to mor furniture. When we talked to customer service, they told us we could only have store credit and that we have 7 days to use the credit or We'd lose it due to the way we returned the ***, why would we want store credit when clearly there's no quality control coming from their manufacturer and could careless how people receive furniture. Nowhere in the policy does it say return the furniture in the original box or to cover items prior to returning. Mor furniture for less is basically accusing us of further damage. Oh let's not forget Mor furniture staff unloaded the frame from my truck so how do I know mor furniture didn't cause more damage. Let me tell you!!! The *** was already damaged, defective and had multiple imperfections not to mention the *** smell that stinks up your house from the product they use for treating the wood. THAT WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURER!!! It seems to me mor furniture fir less doesn't value returning customers like myself. This will be my last purchase from mor furniture even if the issue resolves.

      MOR Furniture "white glove delivery" isn't reality. They sub contract to a company who sub contracts to another company and I use the term company loosely. They broke one of our large planters ($275 to replace) and I had to chase them down for two months with hundreds of phone calls and texts. They couldn't properly address an envelope for **** mail delivery which caused weeks of delay. *** would not take responsibilitty for the delivery people they hired and sent to our home even though we selected and paid for "white glove delivery". I will NEVER buy anything from MOR Furniture again. Run from this store. Terrible ****************

      DELIVERY IS A SCAM. They drove up to the house and parked in front. I moved my van to make room on the driveway. They were eating so figured they were taking a break. My mother in law missed a call that they supposedly couldn't find the address and it will cost $100 to reschedule the delivery. We went outside to talk to them but they drove away. They looked at us but just drove off. We have video evidence of when they parked, the phone call/voicemail that claimed they waited 15min (lies), and them driving off ignoring our attempts to wave them down. SCAM!

      I just tried to make a claim using the furniture protection plan that was sold to me at MOR. My claim was denied due to accumulation of wear and tear. My claim is for a cracked chair regardless of the normal wear and tear on the rest of the table. They denied my claim on a cracked chair because the table shows signs of use? The furniture protection is a scam and I am not pleased with how they are handling the situation.Take your money somewhere else!!

      I paid ****** plus insurance for my furniture in September, it was supposed to be delivered in two weeks didnt arrive till October. They had to come back 3 different times because they didnt bring the right size for kids bunk bed with trundle. Been calling them for about a month or longer to resolve issue with the trundle falling apart. I dont know whats taking so long for them to resolve issue but my kids are 3 & 6 and I feel that it is very hazardous to keep in the house.

      I bought a new couch last month before I agreed to pay for it I asked twice just to be sure that I was getting a NEW couch not the floor model because it was on sale. The sales guy said of course it will be new the other one is used has stains.. so we paid for it plus delivery and what they sent me was a used couch with a hole, and a stain and no legs. So I sent it back! Called the office however you dont get to speak to the person that sold you the couch and lied to your face to steal your money. But you speak to corporate which should be better but in fact they are just as corrupt. I took off work to have my couch delivered and it was not lost $. 200 for that day off they dont want to take accountability for their mistakes. So I asked to be compensated my $80 for delivery and corporate said we cant compensate you until after the delivery and then you can make a request. So now I have to change my delivery time on Tuesday to Saturday and I just got a text from corporate saying they cant change my date until I pay a $50 charge of a delivery fee when it was their fault that they gave me a used round couch missing legs now theyre trying to charge me not only my initial $80 delivery fee because nothing was delivered but a new $50 delivery fee this is ridiculous. Mor furniture has horrible customer service. They take no accountability for their mistakes and now again trying to make the customer pay for their mistakes. BUYER BEWARE wolf in sheep clothing!!!

      First couch we got, the frame broke in less than a month. Didn't want the same couch again as A) It would be 3 months before they could deliver one of them! and B) Likely it would break just as quickly. So asked to order different couch and pay the difference. They were going to charge us a delivery fee again, even though they had to pick up the broken couch when delivering the new. It took four calls and about 90 minutes of my time altogether to get a new couch delivered at no cost other than the difference in the price. And guess what? 3 months later, our new couch is BROKEN!! This has never been an issue before. Says a lot about the quality of their products!

      Received our furniture from the warehouse with a tear in it and cannot seem to get a satisfactory resolution. Im being told the item is custom so its going to take 3 months to get. The original order was also custom and only took 4 weeks. So now I have to be without a $530 piece of furniture that Ive already paid for. How is this ethical??
