    *I purchased (3) Smart Cards from Savvy Smart Deals on 2/2/25.*Each card was $4.99=$45.99 *Shipping was $13.99=$59.98 Total Order #******** These numbers did not match! 3 cards @ $5 =$15, not $45. + $14. Shipping. IT DOES NOT ADD UP!*On 2/13 I decided that they were late & $$$ didn't make sense so didn't want them. I also thought the shipping was too much.*I sent an email to their ** on 2/13 & they told me they were on B/O. I said CANCEL & it was supposed to be done. Signed by **** ******.*On 2/13 I didn't get a cancellation email so emailed again saying CANCEL.Again, no email or credit.*3/3 I got another email saying the cards were still on B/O but will ship 2nd week in March.I replied with DO NOT SEND-REFUND!*3/5 Got another email offering a 30% off my next purchase, signed by ****.*3/7 Sent email back saying NO!*3/9 Another discount offered, I again said NO.*3/16 Another email saying THEY SHIPPED!*3/22 DELIVERED ON 3/13 FINALLY GOT A CREDIT FOR $64.97 I should NOT have been having to go back & forth with this company! They have no telephone # so I feel the ** is awful.I just don't want others to get stuck like I did.I'm going to leave a REVIEW so hopefully nobody else will have to deal with them!I'm not sure what you can do but wanted to let you be aware of their tactics.Thank you.

    Feb. 22:Order placed with SavvySmart for $45. Received notice that the amount charged would be $64.97. Charges included $14 for small, plastic mailer and unknown $5 charge. Feb. 22:Received 2nd statement excluding $5 ghost-fee.Feb. 23:Contacted merchant to cancel due to undisclosed, excessive fees. Feb. 23:Received confirmation of cancelation.Mar. 9:My credit card statement showed a charge for the initial amount made on the same day as cancelation confirmation.Mar. 13:Filed complaint with my credit card issuer. Mar.16:Received notice that package had gone out delivery three weeks after order.Mar.17:E-mailed merchant asking why package had been sent. No response. Mar. 22:Package arrives in a plastic mailing wrap, that I had been charged $14 for.Mar.24:E-mailed merchant package had been returned, unopened. No response. Mar. 27:E-mailed merchant, to let them know I had filed a dispute with my credit card, due to failure to disclose fees, unreasonable and unknown charges to my statement, one month delay for a delivery that had been cancelled and non-response to all, but the initial e-mails. No response.Feb 23:Received confirmation of cancelation.

    I ordered a Bidet on 11-27-2024 for $58.94. They took the money right away out of account, and it shows it was Etsherhousewares. I received an email from BlauxShop support that they were happy to tell me that my order has been shipped with a tracking number. When I look up the tracking number it cannot be found. I have tried several ways to contact them. Replied to the email, called the phone number on the email, nobody answers, and nobody responds to my emails. I really wish I would have looked them up on BBB before I ordered. I see they have done this to many people. I have reported it to my bank and see if they can help me. This fraud business needs to be put out of business. It is not a real business it is a scam to steal peoples money. I just will never understand why people do such bad things.

    I never received the product and after reaching out to them by email, I failed to get a response. Id like my money back.

    On On 3.27.24 I purchased a Blaux bidet for $58.94 on my debit card. Money was taken out of account immediately. Have not had any correspondence from company and have not received the purchase I am requesting a refund or immediately send the product to me.

    On March 18, 2024 I ordered 3 personal bidets for $139 after a discount. My card was immediately charged and I never received a confirmation email, products or response to contact us email on the website. I wish I had checked the BBB to see if it was a scam before I made the purchase. I would not have bought it had I seen these complaints.

    Etshera Housewares Ordered a portable bidet on Jan 26, 2024. $57.04 charged to my **** card immediately without adequate time to have processed an order, with no order confirmation, estimated shipping date or delivery date. After three weeks, no communication from the company and no response to my email or phone call.

    On December 18, 2023, my husband ordered a portable personal bidet online, from Estherahousewares. He paid $58.94 on our **** credit card. He never received an email confirmation although our **** credit card was charged. The website address is httpswww.gadgca us. It appears to me that this website address is not a valid secure website and I believe that this is a scam. I did try to get in touch with the company through their website, but no one responded to me via email or phone, even though I complained that we never received this merchandise. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
