The process was smooth, professional, and handled with a high level of care and attention to detail.**** ******** was our main point of contact and led the design and overall communication throughout the project. He was always responsive, clear, and proactive. He helped us make informed decisions, coordinate with our HOA, and ensured everything stayed on track.***** ****** led the pool build and delivered a beautifully crafted final product that exceeded our expectations. He also helped manage city permits for the pool, which made the process much easier for us. The pool quickly became the highlight of the project and is now the centerpiece of our backyard.What we appreciated most was how the team worked with us to adapt the plan to our needs and budget. 5 stars**** and **** are exceptional at their job. Returned calls promptly and setup a group text and communicated daily on the scheduling and progress of each phase of the project. Modern Yardz is a professional top of the line landscape company! Absolutely did everything they said they would and had workers on the job everyday until the back yard was completed. Modern Yardz was a fantastic company to work with. Right from the beginning, ****** helped us not only create a beautifully designed backyard, but also stay within the budget we had set. They were all very easy to communicate with. If we had questions, they listened well and made us feel at ease with the answers. **** was very communicative throughout the whole demo/construction process. He did a thorough walk through at the end and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. ******* and the whole work crew were very polite and respectful when in our backyard. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend using Modern Yardz for your next project!

5 starsFrom start to finish Modern Yardz was awesome. We had about 12 or so quotes from different companies and decided to go with Modern Yardz. **** was very helpful and professional. He helped us visualize the plan and made sure we were within the rules of our HOA. He came up with great ideas and provided us a 3D rendering the next day. That's what really sold us. They started the job about 2 weeks later and we were introduced to the whole team. ******* the project manager was great in making sure our project was getting executed as planned. He was very communicative and make sure we were in the loop every step of the way. Both **** and ******* quoted us a 4 week completion. But they finished in a little over 2 weeks. They underpromised and over delivered. Couldn't be more happy on the work! Go with them, you won't regret it!Review fromSaeed K

We just wrapped up a complete renovation of our front and back landscaping with the Modern Yardz team and they were great! From the beginning, **** was super flexible with us as we took a long time (and changed our minds several times) in figuring out exactly what we wanted. And then **** took over to do an exceptional job managing the project (which included a deck, pergola, landscaping, lighting, irrigation, and more). We couldn't be happier with how it turned out, how great the team was to work with, and it came in at a fair price. Thanks!Modern Yardz Inc
