  Stumbled across Modern Yardz while Googling landscapers in ****************. Immediately was drawn to them based on their reviews and the work portrayed on their website. Submitted a free consultation and was immediately contacted by ******. On the day of the consultation, ****** reviewed a poorly drawn model of the project we wanted and he came up on the spot with certain revisions to the project. He told us not to worry as he and his team will provide us a 3D Model of our project to see first hand how things will actually look. Within a week, ****** had the model available to us and we quickly fell in love with the look. We were taken aback by the model we immediately thought cost wise, we were going to go above our budget. But we were totally wrong, Modern had totally blown the competitors out of the water. Once we had materials and the layout confirmed at our walkthrough, the project immediately begun two days prior. Our project manager, **** was amazing help throughout the entire project that took a week to complete. We had a lot of questions and concerns, but **** was available immediately to answer all those questions and even provided us with recommendations/upkeep for our yard. It has been a true pleasure working with **** and ****** of Modern Yardz. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their yard.

  We did a pretty extensive project with Modern Yardz that included demo, new pavers, irrigation, concrete pouring, drainage, low voltage lights, and planting. Were really happy with the result! The crew worked around some challenges (caused by a third party so outside of our control and their control) that cropped up over the course of the project and maintained clear communication throughout. Our project manager ******* made good recommendations throughout about small tweaks and has been really responsive even after project completion about small things like dud plants and random questions. The crew even did some improvements that we didnt ask for (fixed my janky side gate) while we were away traveling. Overall really positive experience.

  Can't thank the Modern Yardz team enough for their attention to detail and hardworking team that truly transformed our home's entranceway and side yard with fresh pavers, grass turf and an all new drainage system. We had several companies out for a quote and we were the most impressed with Modern Yardz solution which is why we chose them.The team maintained great communication before, during and after the job. They showed up early in the morning and worked straight through the day to get our project done on time and make it exactly what we asked for. We have an Airbnb that the landscaping work would affect so we were very particular on sticking to a timeline that we did not want to go over. Modern Yardz understood that and actually did the work in less time than what we were anticipating (unheard of in the contracting world!). We want to give a special thank you to our project manager, ******, who was extremely responsive and on top of our requests throughout the entire project. As well as the owner of the company, ******, who checked-in with us multiple times throughout the project. We can't recommend Modern Yardz enough to anyone looking for an experienced and reliable company to complete their landscaping projects. We're thrilled.

  HIGHLY recommend using Modern Yardz for any landscaping needs! My husband and I could not be more happy with the Modern Yardz crew, professionalism, timelines, and quality of work! Multiple neighbors commented on how clean and professional Modern Yardz was; they ************** up trash and materials at the end of each day, which was much appreciated. ****** and the project lead were extremely communicative, they crew showed up daily and on time, and the project was finished ahead of schedule!

  ***** and his crew made out landscape project so quick and painless. We just moved into a new place and wanted a more useable yard. ***** came and consulted with us, and we wound up going with his suggestions. He was also helpful in drawing up different plans/versions of the plans based on our budget. Within a few weeks we were up and running, and we are so happy with the final result. Highly recommend working with the team at MY!

  We had a wonderful experience with Modern Yardz. ***** was great when we were coming up with the plan and I felt like all my requests were heard. It took a couple days to get the quote back, but we were so excited to see the digital renderings of our plan and it really brought the whole project to life. ***** was so patient with us while we made our decision and got the money together for the project. He made several adjustments to the plans based on our changing budget, and he gave us several options for different budget levels. Once we were ready, I signed the contract on a Saturday and the project was started that Monday morning! We had a pretty simple project and it was completed in under a week. The workers were out there for long hours trying to get the project done as efficiently as possible. The finished product looks so great and we're so happy to be able to use our yard again!

  Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative team is key in having a great end result in any project. ****** and ***** were awesome to work with and we appreciated all the time they took to answer questions, navigate the project efficiently during design changes, and offer quick solutions to construction issues (though very little) that arose. We are in a new build neighborhood, and although there were many other landscape contractors offering their services, we chose Modern Yardz because they were interested in giving us a real design, not one that was copy and pasted from another contractor's work in the neighborhood. ****** was great in working with us through our budget, design, material selection, and offering alternatives to our "must haves" until we were comfortable with our numbers. ***** was our PM and kept us updated daily on progress, schedule, and making sure communication was being made with the crew that was out here working. We ended up with a gorgeous finished project that we are in love with. Thanks again ****** & *****, it was a pleasure working with you both!

  Modern Yardz helped transform my front and back yard to a low maintenance beauty. From the start, ****** put together some great designs that matched what I was looking for. Once the project started, the level of professionalism and speed with the it was unmatched. The team showed up when they said they would and kept everything clean. I was surprised by how quickly this job got done and it looks fantastic. I've been receiving endless compliments from neighbors and friends. *******, the lead, was excellent and great with communication. He went above and beyond to help me address concerns, communicate what was going on, and even came and watered my new plants throughout the project when I told him I didn't have a green thumb. Would highly recommend Modern Yardz to anyone in the ********* area with landscaping needs!
