  We had ModernYardz take our yard from dirt to catalog beautiful. They allowed modifications as it became necessary. The recommendations were spot on to our tastes and consistency to what we were doing. The work was meticulous and thoughtfully done. We came with a design and they executed it perfectly. The team scheduled and communicated clearly so we knew what was going on as it was progressing. An overall great experience that I cant imagine being any better. *****, **** and team were a pleasure to work with.

  ****** and the team from ModernYardz could not have been better. We used them to design and install/construct an entirely brand new backyard and front yard design for our new house. Both yards were barren dirt, as the house itself was brand new and the builder left yards to owners. ****** was very helpful in bringing our vision to live via 2d and 3d plans that allowed us to really see what everything would look like upon completion. His design recommendations were always on point and very helpful. His plans were also detailed and followed all specifications from our HOA, so obtaining approval was a snap. ****** was also extremely helpful in choosing water-wise plants from a local nursery that coordinated well and looked amazing. His costs were very reasonable and he stayed within budget (except for some changes that we requested and he quickly accommodated without issue). Most notably, his crew absolutely killed the install! About 5-7 guys were there Monday-Saturday from 7ish to 5ish. They were extraordinarily hard working, pleasant to be around, and very detail oriented. They ensured a clean and safe worksite everyday and were always respectful of our house, family, neighborhood, etc. They were also good about asking for our input on various issues and details to ensure everything met expectations (e.g., orientation of tile). At one point, it was nearly 100 degrees outside for a week, and they never slowed down, faltered, or complained. It was nuts and a testament to their high work ethics. They also completed the entire project early! We anticipated at least 4 weeks, and they were largely done in 2.5 weeks with a few very minor projects getting wrapped ** in the ensuing days. We have recommended them to several of our neighbors, and reiterate that they have our highest recommendation here. Finally, we love our new modern, clean, and gorgeous yards!! Weve been repeatedly complimented on them from neighbors and couldnt have been happier.

  ***** and the team were great! We are very happy on how the yard turned out. They were very professional and communicative. I will be recommending Modern Yards to anyone who asks me for a landscaper recommendation. ??Things I really liked about working with *****:?1. He took his time to explain things to us.?2. He understood our needs and advised us on how to better achieve them within our budget.?3. If there was a little change he would keep us informed. ?4. His team was professional, hard working and efficient.?5. They adhered to the agreed timeline.??Our yard is beautiful, we cannot wait to work with them again in the next stages of our yard.??Oh for anyone who might be interested, the project was to place a retaining wall on our slope, pour concrete, place ********* drainage, set sewer line, water line, gas line and electric.??

  We recently had worked done by Modern Yardz. They arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up everyday, the work was professional and beautiful. We had all this red rock they had to move to install pavers and we were worried that it would be left in piles when they left but they made sure to spread it out and make everything look clean and neat. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend them. *****
