      Ive had yard services scheduled twice now no one shows up and the job is marked as complete. First time it happened and I emailed them they sent me a picture of a yard that was obviously not mine then didnt respond further. Im certain that this whole operation is a scam from top down. Once its the last day of your service at about 8am they just **** it complete even when it isnt done. When you call in everyone has a different story and no one is certain of the next steps. They will also quote you at one price then change it upon job due date. This whole operation needs to be looked into, its extremely shady.

      I hired this company to mow my lawn and the first mow was $24. They mowed it and stated they were going to charge me a high grass fee of $57 which brought my total cost to $124. How is that? There was NEVER that $57 high grass fee disclosed in their disclosures. Plus how does that total equal $124 when my first mow was supposed to be $24. And I just moved into this house and the grass was already cut when I got there and I wanted to keep it going. They didnt respond when I contacted them. I no longer want any of their services. They are extremely fraudulent.

      The only resolution I want from this company is to no longer do business with them.  They were supposed to do two more mows of my lawn, but I want do not want anything else to do with them.  They have *************************************** itself.  They are crooked and liars.

      On August 1st, 2022, Lawn Love was contracted to cut my grass at my home. I had just finished my last Chemotherapy treatment the day before. Not only did they only do a PARTIAL job, what they did was terrible. They also took photos of my property without my authorization. I have 10 security cameras on the outside of my home and have the footage to prove it. In addition, I received an email just a day ago (with photos of my property) that they were charging an additional $51.00 because my grass was too high. I've read through the fine print of their awful contract, and nowhere does it say that I'm obligated to pay that without my prior authorization. I have a full time attorney on staff with my business and I intend on using it against this company. They pulled close to $120.00 from my bank account without my prior knowledge or authorization. I am ready to start spilling my guts on ****** reviews, ******** reviews and all the review sites I can find including all the ***************** sites. I just finished chemotherapy and I really don't think that these companies can just arbitrarily just rip people off. I've contacted their support line, called, even messaged them on their ******** page and received NO RESPONSE. I'm now left with no other cause of action than to start blogging and campaigning about how incredibly scandalous this company is. I'm also concerned that the two men that cut my grass (and did a horrible job) took photos of my entire property. I have their activities on security footage. They also posted my photos on their website. This is INCREDIBLY intrusive and has serious privacy implications. My attorney has been contacted and we'll be doing a FULL review of the footage on Monday, August 8th, 2022. This company needs to refund my money and I expect a FULL APOLOGY.

      On 7/21/22 my property was damaged by a contracted sent to my home by Lawn Love. Several attempts for them to send someone to my home to. Correct or make a plan has been to no avail. I tried to send them pictures via there online site but it comes back network error. The person they sent scalped my grass meaning it is dead from home using a riding lawn mower and cutting the roots. My communication with Lawn Love was for my grass to be cut on 5 and with a mower and bag. Specifically no riding mower on my Lawn. My new installed zosia grass has been killed. I have receipts from landscaper for labor and installation 3mts ago. This lawn was in great condition. The person that came to my home Jc Landscaping broke 7-8 sprinkler heads and killed all newly installed grass. He left my yard as well as my neighbors yard full of dead grass. The yard needs to be cleaned of dead grass. My flower beds are full of grass. When he call my home and I complained someone named Gary cursed me. I have filed this with Lawn Love and no one has reached out. They only stating someone new coming on Monday today. I need answering on who is going to fix my Lawn.
