I paid this company money to help me with documentation when it came to my debt, and I can't even log in to my account anymore. It says that the website is not valid. I'm just showing you proof of an old email that I have from them when they were helping me, and the numbers that are available, you can't even get through to anyone. It says that they're no longer even in service. I feel that this is an injustice, and I deserve to have a refund from this company.Initial Complaint

I received a letter, saying that they can help with my credit. I paid ****** a month for a little over a year. All they did is put a gage order so they couldn't talk to me. The following year I started getting collection notifications. I almost lost my house.Initial Complaint

Elite DMS is a company that charges fees to resolve my credit card debt. Those fees are based on a percentage of my debt that I enroll in their program. If they fail to resolve a debt due to any of my credit cards going to court resulting in a judgement against me, they deduct all payments I made on that card from the remaining payments I owe on the other cards. So many of my cards went to court that they are now only handling a few hundred dollars of my debt but I have paid them, according to them, approximately $4000. I am owed a substantial refund but they haven't returned my phone calls since last winter and now I see they've gone out of business. I have been leaving voicemails with them and left another one at two different phone numbers today. Please help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

06/16/2021 I contacted Elite Document management to help me out with unpaid creditors debt what a lump sum payment. We have signed a contract for 30 months $537. So far I have paid over $14000 and the did not resolve and debt. And suddenly they have closed the company. I will like get ***** money back so I can pay all the balances off.Initial Complaint

I was recently single & had trouble with credit card debt. I sought help. I stumbled upon Elite DMS and after talking to them they said my debts will go from about ****** to about ***** if I chose them and promised my credit will go way back up to 750 at least. I agreed to a 24 month program and my payments were about $200/ month. They changed the personal handling my account twice, strange I thought, but whatever.. those payments were NOT easy. When I was late they told me to pay or Id lose all progress. I finally completed 24 months and felt relief. Thought Id sit back and watch credit karma raise my number. 1 month, 2 month, 3 months later, no change. I contacted them, they said theyd take a look.. my credit score never went up, my payments were done so their business with me simply ended. Now I get email telling me they are closing down.. I just dont understand what they were doing with my money. I learned here all the other reviews saying similar situations happened to them.. How can a business get away with what I can only refer to as blatantly stealing from vulnerable people who want to better their life? If their closing, should I not get some of my funds back?! They were paid to do a job and failed to deliver and now shutting down How can this be in this day and age? I find myself now still paying the debt I had in very first place. They were helping me with my credit and debt for past 3-4 years. Once I made my last payment they sent an email stating they were closing permanently due to the economy. I can no longer access any of the documents submitted and they did not finish helping me with the accounts currently being disputed. They have not responded to my emails for an explanation or some guidance on how to move forward with the accounts left being disputed. I would like them to contact me so that I can review accounts and provide the guidance I have paid for... also, I no longer see them on my credit report which seems odd to me.
