In April 2022 I signed a contract agreement with Elite DMS. I was told my payments would be put into an account/bank that would help pay for them to settle my debts with the creditors at a much lower amount, negotiating late fees, and interest accrued. I was also told that when the debts were negotiated and paid from the account if there was any money left in my account it would be given back to me. I was also told that I had an attorney that would advocate for me if I was being sold information to debt collectors incorrectly or if I was being harassed after letters went out. Well, *************** would not call back after sending me emails asking for clarification about them wanted to file a claim on my behalf which came through an email with no explanation. It was an email saying sign this FDCPA retainer agreement which was emailed to my email on 4 separate occasions. When I finally got a response, it was a text message from ***************** not *************** who was on all my initial paperwork I said this seems like a scam and never received a response after that. After my 24 months of payments which ended March 15, 2024, and month after month of questioning what the company was actually doing on my behalf because I did not see any results, I have paid $6,644.52. I had 4 separate managers none of which kept appointment calls and when I called and left voicemails I rarely got calls back. I voiced my concerns that nothing was getting settled and the program was not what I signed or agreed to, and I was promised they would work for me even up to a year after I am done paying my agreement terms. Then weeks before my last payment the website stopped working, I called and got no answer and no call back and now they are a ghost town. I WANT MY MONEY BACK so I can fight my own debts since this company was not able to as, so I dont get sued. I only tried this company as a last resort due to Covid and a moving situation turned bad.Initial Complaint

I signed up with Elite DM credit solutions to have my credit card bills paid off. I started the program September 2021 until April 2024 however I received an email on Monday, April 15, 2024 stay in that the company Elite DM credit solutions is closed down. I have already made payments in the amount of $491 every month April 25, 2024 was supposed to be my last payment, I tried to contact Elite DM and my representative by phone and email and no one is returning my calls or emails. I need to find out whats happening with my money that I paid them and are going to continue to repair my credit. I have been paying 350$ a month for this company to take care of my credit card debt with a debt consolidation loan. I was told they would work out deals with the credit card companies only to have them collect my money for over three years and not resolve anything. My credit is horrible now and getting sued by credit card companies. Made a contract with Elite DMS in September 2021 in which this company said they would help rebuild my credit and help negotiate with Capitol One to settle my debt of $16k to half or less. Every month, I would be contacted by my account manager to check in and provide finance tips as I rebuilt my credit. There was one woman, ******* who was amazing and followed through with this, but she disappeared about a year ago.The original contract said that once I got to $7099.11, my payments would be done. I have now paid $8883.00 and have had no account managers contact me for monthly appointments since September 2023. One person, **** has called a couple of times over the last 9 months, but he says the same thing and wont answer my question about my contract. He said a manager would contact me. This has never happened.I have called Elite DMSs main phone number, and it only goes to a voicemail of someone named *******************. He has never returned my calls. I believe he is the original person who worked with me and signed the contract. If I try to reach out to the phone numbers of the other listed account managers, those phone numbers ring a couple of times, then hang up on me.This company is continuing to automatically pull $273.88 from my bank account the 1st of every month and they will not provide a way to stop this. I have just asked to close my account and get my money back, as they did not hold up to their part in the contract. That is all and I will walk away quietly from this business. But, there is zero communication and Im worried this business has turned into a fraudulent entity. If this is not resolved, I have left messages and emails saying I will take this to a court if needed.Initial Complaint

I paid Elite $662/month for 12 months and made every payment. During the year that I was making payments they settled one account as far as Im aware. The other accounts listed in the contract have all filed summons. When trying to call as they promised continued help until all accounts were resolved the phone rings continually. I paid over $7,500 to have them resolve 1 debt under 1k. I need help with remaining accounts and fulfilled my side of the contract. Really overwhelmed and dont know what to do.Initial Complaint

This company contacted me to help me with credit card debt. They asked for a list and amount owed to each card, They told me that I would pay them $444.73 a month for 24 months and I should stop paying all these, they would then argue these debts and prove them not valid and they would be removed. If i was contacted by any I was to read them a script. If any legal action was taken by any companies their attorneys at Price Law firm would fight that for me. When i got bills from the companies or collection letters I had to send them pics of it or upload them in my portal. So for 2 years our credit dropped huge. Now after 2 years I now have a judgement against me and their attorney did nothing to help me and only wanted to speak to me via text. They had me get things noterized and sent back, yet when I look at Iowa courts it says I never responded a answer so the judgement is against me, so now after paying this company over $10000, i now owe a judgement for $150. a month plus 7% interest. everything is still on my credit and shows horrible . they did nothing bu take over $10k. what can i do? I had just accepted a new job that came with a drastic pay cut and then had a child, so inherently my costs increased drastically and I found myself quickly in credit card debt. Frustrated, I signed on with elite DMS to help resolve my debt only to be sued by 2 credit card companies after paying Elite over $4,000 over a year and a half. I was told to stop paying all my cards and that they would take care of everything. My credit plummeted and has yet to come back up because charged off accounts and constant collections notices. Now Elite wont even answer my calls or emails or txt. This is such a scam and I regret it so muchBusiness Response

For 2 years and $7,000.00 I allowed this company to take care of my past due accounts. Now that I have paid them my dues I have the bill collectors on my back for payment. 2 accounts that wanted me in court and now another account 3 years old. I am 70 years old on a fixed income. I can't get anyone from Elite DMS to talk to. I want a refund for the money I paid to have these accounts taken care of. It's like all the numbers I have are no longer active. For one, I am a female not male. But I wanted to cancel due to me paying 250$ monthly payments for the past two years and it going towards none of my debt when I was under the impression that it would. Why would I agree to pay $6000 dollars thus far for my credit score to plummet, and to have delinquent payments and now charge offs on my accounts. To the point of having 2 credit cards due me. Where did that 6k go? Everytime I discussed my concerns they somehow we asked their way into talking me in to staying with their company and told me to have patience.
