  This company is a complete scam and a bunch of lying thieves! We were enrolled for 2-3 years. I was sued numerous times in the 2-3 years and I was told it will all work out in the end, just be patient and allow the program to work, etclie, after lie, after lie! They took me for thousands of dollars and apparently there is no way to get that money back! They put me in such finanacial hardship that I may have to file bankruptcy. Do not, I repeat, do not use this company!! Apparently, you cant because they are now permanently closed! What a freaking mess they have left me with!

  Warning! This company Elite Document management solutions does not do what they say they will. I was so skeptical to go through with it because initially I was trying to apply for a loan and they transferred me to this company. I was told numerous amount of times by my case manager ******* that my payments were going to help me settle my debts in the end.That he and the team would negotiate for lower pay offs and dispute charges as well. I was told to put what cards I wanted to have help with on the account and to stop speaking with the companies and to stop making the payments to those cards.Its been I think a year now since my last payment and still nothing was done and now Im being sued by 4 different accounts that were enrolled into the program. The only thing that would be asked is if I had any savings saved up which was no and was told that he was continuing to monitor my accounts and dispute with them and to continue to negotiate a lower pay off to close the accounts. Occasionally he would tell me my credit score which I tracked on my own. So I didnt need that information. I was assured multiple times that in the end the money I was paying was going to an account to pay off these companys. Which is why they needed the total amounts that was due from the time I last paid. Then I was bounced around by I think 4 different case managers Towards the end. This company did nothing for me not a single thing. All they did was take my money!Which I could have paid off 2-1/5 of those cards. I was told I would get a 6 month follow up which I never received it.

  After two years and $6000 I now have half of the accounts in collection and two filed with the court. Now I can't even get in touch with Elite all 7 numbers in my phone just ring off the hook not even an option to leave a message

  So Far ********************* has been Great ! I have only been in the Program for a Month but I have opened a Savings Account and doing what he told me to do to solve my credit card debt !I hope after 2 years my credit will be back to 750 and my creditors will stop ******** me for good ! This is a good program as long as you follow the Steps and are on time with the monthly payments for 2 years straight !Thanks to ********************* and Brightsidw Solutions !

  This business is a scam. I paid money for this business to help me creditors and all they did is take my money. I ended with a loss of over $3000 I paid to this company, a summons, and 6 creditors in collections.

  Don't waste your money they are a scam take your money and waste time 2ith phone calls every month and tell you all is good then you start getting suit letters I would give a negative rating if I could. Paid them over $200 a month for 2 years and was told would not get sued, in last month I received 4suits from accounts they said where taken care of. I messaged and emailed said I would be getting a refund and haven't received anything od a response of how much. I wish could get a full refund

  When I signed up to years ago, they told me I would not be sued. This is the third credit company that is suing me and they told me I cant get a refund on the money I have put into this company. Guess I will need to hire an attorney. They have not started work on my credit . And I specifically asked if the guy before I started the program, what are the chances of me being sued he said you will not be sued . This is definitely a scam stay away

  I am young and dumb and when ***** happened I was laid off from work like many others. I got in a mess with my credit cards and I was looking for some kind of help or solution. This scam is feeding off young stress people like me. I ended up paying them 5k and now I am being sued over and over by credit card companies. I. Would really like my money back. I really hope no one else falls for this scam.

  Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company which is a scam It is the biggest mistake in my life paying Elite DMS over $5,000 hoping that I will save interest in my credit card payments They won't pay your credit cards and my credit score went down to 535 after dealing with this scammer. I was sued 3x in the civil court and they won't represent you . I ended up paying over $2,700 and it was garnish by court order. The third civil case is coning next month and they won't represent me unless i pay a fee. ****** and all the staff are all scammers working with Elite DMS.
