  Dont fall for, DO NOT SIGNED UP with Elite Just like everyone else here happened to me, I am adding this. I was misled by Elite costing me over $5k making monthly payments for 2 years. Left me with lawsuit, collection agency constant calling Now my creditors are reporting no payment/charge off derogatory account. I am struggling to keep my credit in a good standard and pay all of my creditors to stop reporting, and worse this messy I was left with more like a stain on my credit report for the next 7 year. If I could give myself an advice 3 years ago, I would have told myself not to take Elites call and keep on telling myself this.if you own your credit card, Pay your bill if you cant pay, negotiate with your creditor. Nothing feels good than going to sleep knowing that you have payoff your debt with your hardworking, unfortunately along the way we have to bump into Elite here and there and before you know you lost $5k and 7 years remembering Elite every time I check my credit report. Getting my money back would be ideal, I am not holding my breath. Every action has a reaction. Thats karma.

  This company is a total joke.. Paid ****** per month for 3 years and I am now getting civil suits filed against me because they did not hold up to their end of deal. We plan to get in contact with our own lawyer. I now see im not the only one who got taken for ride.

  I was scammed out of more than $4k. I struggled to make the little less than $400 payment each month. ****** instructed me not to pay the bills that I struggled to pay. I could now pay them and not pay the $26k credit/personal loan bills. After doing this for about a year, I could not pay them any longer and the accounts started going to court. I called them back for help and they taunted me and stated, "would you like for me to fly to the east coast and defend you? We can't do that since you aren't in the program any longer. Just file bankruptcy." DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!! WE ALL NEED OUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

  They lied from the beginning and took money and did absolutely nothing . We ended up paying most of the debt anyways in law suits . They would get negative **** but its not on there .

  I was convinced by account manager that I would be protected by a federal law if I signed an agreement to allow Elite DMS handle my creditors. I paid them over a 2 year period and made my final payment in August of 2022. I was told at the end of the 2 year period all of my financial debts/creditors would be resolved and that if I did hear from any creditors after that time just to call and they would take care of any problems that might arise. I have not had any correspondence with Elite since that time, but today I received a court summons/citations; I was freaking out and called Elite immediately. All they want you to do after you get a court summons is let them off the hook!! They said if I went on the client portal and signed the document to discharge the account from Elite DMS, I would receive a refund!! I don't want to sign the document because I want to hold them accountable. I just don't know what to do and just don't want to get sued. This company really works with you in the beginning but now a problem arises and no one want to deal with it. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!!

  I signed up with this company almost 4 years ago and it has been the worst choice Ive ever made. I was promised to have a *********** help me if anything legal came into action, I ended up being sued by 2 different companies. I had some financial issues in the 4 years and would ask for my payments to be moved out and would be told no resulting in my bank account being overdrafted. They do not work with you at all. My credit is still down the drain when I was promised it would be fixed. *** spent thousands to this company for nothing. In the end Im told I have two payments left with my last payment having a low amount . After having w newborn baby and emergency surgery I missed a call that my account manager was late to and was told I now have to pay the full amount of my last payment .. this stress while trying to take care of a baby and recover from surgery. Do your research and find a different company.

  This Company is a complete fraud; I was convinced by account manager ***** that I would be protected by a federal law if I signed an agreement to allow Elite DMS handle my creditors. This company has done absolutely nothing but try and convince me to get other credit cards to build my credit back up!! I have paid them $3500 dollars over a 2 year period. I was told at the end of the 2 year period all of my financial debts/creditors would be resolved, instead I have received two court summons/citations; Been sued once for $20,000 dollars following the advice of **************** I am in financial ruins, I asked this company where was the Federal Law that was suppose to protect me !! No answer, all they want you to do after you get a court summons is let them off the hook!! I spoke with *** (the Legal Coordinator) on March 2023, He said if I went on the client portal and signed the document to discharge the account from Elite DMS, I would receive a refund!! I have not received any refund from this company. This company is a complete fraud!! I just want all of the money back I paid to these people.

  Elite is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They say that they will help you and then you get a summons from the court saying that your being sued by the company I hired Elite to represent me, plus they say that Price Law will take care of you, which is a joke. so where is my money going, I want all my money back.

  Ive been with this program since 2020 and graduated the program in 2021 and this program is still working for me in 2023. Its been a rough process but by no fault of Elite! They have taken a lot of the leg work off my plate. Money well spent. Just follow their advice to *** and youll get the results youre looking for. Just be patient because repairing your credit doesnt happen overnight! Kiddos to *******! Shes fantastic and has calmed me several times and reminded me that they work for me and let them take care of it.

  Do not use this company i have fully paid what they asked for in full and am still getting ***d by companies they work on and when you tell them they will give you a refund on that account and back out of it. Am on my second company that is ***ing me. Do not trust this company. It's only a matter of time before I get letters for other companies that will *** me as well. One of my accounts of not even been delt with and it's been almost 2 1/2 years already.
