    These people did deliver! Though it took a while longer than expected. They likely import to order, or i ordered something that was out of stock. I reached out and waited patiently, they gave me a call and reassured me it was coming, it was just taking longer than I expected. I had called it a loss before that point because I saw all the other reviews, but this company will send what you order, just give em a while.

    This place is a total SCAM. DO NOT BUY!! I never received my product and they kept promising me a refund that has never been issued.

    Would give zero stars if I could. Like reviews below, ordered product. Its over a month now, no product. I asked for a refund. Did receive some email responses saying they would take the matter to their accountant to handle. Days go by, no firm confirmation that the refund is truly in-process, just with their accountant. Finally filed a report with ***** and got my refund. These people are thieves. Dont order from them and support businesses like these. Too many other businesses to support.

    I placed an order last July. I never received my Bourbon. They took my money. They dont answer emails or calls. Dont order from them. They will steal your money. They told my credit card company that they shipped my order in 3 days. They should be shut down.

    Never shipped my product and refuses to provide a refund. Several emails, slow response at best and still no product.

    This is a horrible company to deal with, you get no updates on anything. I placed an order on 10/3 have send an email and filled out the form on their website. Have no product, no updates and when I attempted to call, their mailbox is apparently full. Wonder why. DO NOT buy from them.

    I ordered three bottles of blackberry Crown 2 months ago and have still not received it! My credit card was charged immediately but Im still waiting on delivery 8 weeks later. Will never order from them again. ***** ******

    Do NOT order from You Booze. They are quick to charge your credit card and then crickets. They falsely advertise product will ship 3-5 days after processing. They do not communicate and when I received my order, of course it was incorrect. One bottle was correct, the second bottle was not and I never received the other three specialty bottles. I have never received the correct product, have had no response back from them and have not received a credit. This company is dispicable. Do not order from them. You will only get frustrated, not receive your product and hear back from no one. I give them negative stars.

    So apparently Im part of the no response to emails/phone calls and not receiving ordered products club lol. If I could give Youbooze zero stars I would. This company is total trash and scammers. I ordered one bottle of tequila that they labeled in stock and never received it. I called, sent emails and got no response. Apparently Im not the only one who is going through this with this company. It seems like its actually rare to get your product or a response from them. How is this company still in business?
