    I ordered a bottle of liquor from YouBooze in mid January of 2025. I waited and made several phone calls, and sent several emails inquiring about my order and when I might be delivered. I received very few responses and when I did receive a response it was just excuse after excuse about supplier issues. I finally asked for a refund of my payment and again I get the runaround being told about staffing issues, and that my refund will or is being processed, and still nothing. Then I get a text message on June 21st telling me that my order was processed on May 7th. A full month and a half ago. I was supplied a *** tracking number that was phoned. So again ********. Im writing this so no one else will fall into this tar pit. Youbooze is a sham company and if they are reading this, I warned you I would do this.

    Narrative: I pre-ordered an item on October 8, 2025. YouBooze notified me that shipment was expected before Christmas 2024. Product did not ship until January 24, 2025. After months of not receiving any updates on tracking or shipping, I asked to cancel my order and requested a full refund, which YouBooze acknowledged on March 24, 2025. I received a refund approved email on March 27, 2025. I reach out to YouBooze on April 6, April 27, May 13, June 6, and June 11, 2025, requesting information on my refund. I only received confirmation stating it is being ************** of transaction: October 8, 2024 Cost: $131.97 Business committed to me: Delivery of my pre-ordered product. When delivery did not occur, business acknowledged my refund request on March 24, 2025.Nature of dispute: Business has not refunded me or delivered the product ordered. **** both my money and product. Business fails to provide information other than we are processing it.Has the business tried to resolve the issue: Business has been processing my refund since March 27, 2025.

    I placed an order from Youbooze on 5/23/25. According to *** they would have expected the delivery to occur on 6/4/25. I have had several correspondence with this company and they just keep saying that they will try to resolve this asap. Now I havent gotten any correspondence back. My order total was ****** and it was already deducted from my bank account. As of 6/16/25 I still havent received my order.

    I Odered a bottle of tequila form company and they immediately processed my credit card. They never stated to bottle was not in stock and I have been waiting over two months with no shipping confirmation. I have reached out several times to company and finally got a response that stated they can not process a refund.

    I ordered approx $650 worth of alcohol from YOU BOOZE in November of 2024. Order # *****. I never received my product. I've called dozens of times. Usually it goes to ****** voicemail but once in a while someone answers. I've been told many times that my product was "about to ship" out or that I'm getting a refund. Necer happens. This place is a total scam.

    On August 6th, 2024, an online order (#*****) was placed for the Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey 6-Pack ($174.99), the Youbooze Shipping Protection ($6.99), and including a shipping cost ($19.99) totalling $201.97.On August 23rd, 2024 notification was sent that the shipment was on its way and delivery would be expected on August 29th, 2024.On September 23rd, I reached out to customer support. The *** tracking indicated that at that time, only the shipping label had been created. I did not hear back until October 12th, at which time they stated this was one of their best selling items and they were working to fulfill my order, which may take an additional 3-4 weeks.On January 3rd, 2025, I reached out again. The response came on January 7th, stating that the order would be shipped on the week of the 20th.On January 24th, I contacted customer support again, requesting a new tracking number, since the previous one was showing a cancelled order. They responded later that day, apologizing for the delay, and stating that I would receive the updated tracking information once my order shipped.On January 25th, I asked when I could expect the order, to which they responded on January 27th that it would be shipped as soon as they have the Buffalo Trace back in stock.On April 2nd, I requested a complete refund for the order, to which they notified me on April 3rd that they would submit my request to their accounting department for processing.I have not received a refund for my order.

    bought a case of wine which was never delivered and now I am getting the constant run around that we will handle the refund and 5 months later and 5 inquires I still have not gotten my wine or refund

    On January 20th of 2025, I made a purchase of alcohol for a friends birthday. After nearly 5 months there was no activity regardless of the businesses 3-5 day shipping policy. I emailed them after nearly 5 months of patiently waiting in regards to a cancellation and refund. I was told that since a shipping label had been created (no order had been picked up by ***** at this time), that they could not issue a cancellation or a refund.Assuming by the number of other complaints that have went unresolved, I believe that this business is operating in fraudulent activity either knowingly or neglegently

    In October, 2024 I placed an order with this company. One of the products arrived damaged (leaking), and I contacted them via email on 10/31/24. I was assured that a replacement would be sent, which satisfied me just fine. I've had numerous emails since with nothing but excuses, even after I asked to shift to a refund. For the past several weeks I've heard nothing from them at all.

    I order some rum back in Jan. I reached out in March because I had not received a tracking number. All I have gotten since is run around. ( see attached screenshots of the emails) I have asked for a refund several times. I have filed a dispute with ****** and because they would not respond to the complaint the case was closed.
