    Very concerned I'll get my order after reading reviews. Sent email and no response, number provided says voicemail is full. Feels like a scam and bought quite a bit.

    I ordered 5 bottles of bourbon but I only received 4 bottles. I immediately emailed their customer service but have not gotten any reply or acknowledgment.

    When I called the customer service number it always went to voice message, and when I left a voice message, I never received a call back for my order that was missing one bottle. **************** WAS TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUBOOZE. I also sent several emails with no response.

    I ordered 6 bottles of Buffalo Trace on July 28th and still have not gotten my order and they answered twice but now goes straight to someone named ****. No stars! But I have to at least have one.

    I purchased six bottles from them and have yet to receive them. It's going on more than a week and I've gotten no answer from my emails which I sent three and I left four phone calls. Do not buy anything from them, they are scamming people out of their hard-earned money

    Purchase 6 bottles of Buffalo Trace, $201.97, order #***.. Order was accepted 7/23, which states 1 item is on the way. They claim orders a delivered in 2 or 3 days. I have complained and the response is wait 2 0r 3 more. Same story they continue to say. As no shipment as 8/23 sent e-mail asking for refund, don't think that will happen.

    I placed an order under their website promise to fill and ship within one business week. I, after not receiving shipment info after that amount of time emailed several times to get an update but no response. It’s now been two weeks from order date and still no response. Phone calls go to voicemail that are never returned. This company advertises in stock ready to ship items with no intent to deliver. If they would like to resolve this issue the order number is ***** and was placed on Aug 8th, 2024. My next step and is already pending is a complaint to the ** ******** ******** Office. This company is based in San Diego, California.

    This business is a scam. Ordered online on a Thursday and paid for overnight shippinga week later it still hasnt even shipped. Fraudsters. Zero response to emails and phone calls. Avoid this business.

    I ordered 5 items for a family reunion, only received 2 like it was a joke and customer service has stopped replying since it was finally shipped out. I've sent a couple emails with my order number and screenshot of my order and what I've received. No reply from anyone so this was my next stop. I was excited to find a store like this online to trustfully deliver right to my door (have never ordered alcohol before online) and this was a terrible experience.
