I applied and was approved for a ********** card and was told my card would be mailed. I never received it. A couple of months went by until I realized it never arrived. I called customer service and was told another card would be sent that day. I was NOT told that I owed any money to the company.Three more weeks or so passed and I never received that card either. I call customer service again and was told that I owed well over $100 and if I don't pay it, a card can't be shipped.I don't know why I would ever pay a company that lies about sending a credit card and then uses the annual fee to hold a credit card from me, but I said I would not pay until I received a card. This sounds like an absolute scam and illegal.As of now they have reported THREE late payments that have dinged my credit considerably. This scam needs to be shut down!Business Response

saying an investigation has been launched and that the results were mailed doesnt help me at all, considering the fact that this company still has NOT sent me a credit card and yet still insists I pay them over $100. At this point I do NOT want ANYTHING To do with total **** and I already have proof that they have operated illegally during this process. Revvi charged my checking account ****** for balance payment it proceed and cleared in my chase account. When i called Revvi asking where the credit was to the account they said they didnt receive the money due to insufficient funds and that it was returned to chase on August 24 which it did not. Revvi has locked me out of my app so I cannot see any transactions and refuse to unlock it. I have reported this to my bank as well as the BBB.Business Response

This company total **** / the **** of Missouri let two accounts get opened in my name without my knowledge and when i filed a dispute, sent police report, ftc report they are still saying im responsible for any balanced owed but that they have permanently closed account due to fraud (contradicting). they also state that payment were made to this account to open them and i had also explained 3 **** accounts were opened under my name in same time frame and they were all found to be identity theft after the investigation's were cxomplete account numbers XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - **** XXXX - XXXX -XXXX - **** .Business Response

I have told and refused a lot of credit card offers from the total credit company and they keep harassing me with letters. I need them to stop doing this or I have to take legal action against them. There is a copy of one of the letters here.Business Response

My card number was stolen and used to mkae two unautthorized charges on my card. I have sent the paper to get these charges removed on July 10, 2022. Till this date the charges have not been removed and I have called numorous times to get them to removed these charges. I was told that hey would be removed every week and still nothing has been removed. I want these removed or I will be seeking legal against this company.Business Response

I filed a dispute three times they're denying my dispute and not honoring the fraudulent charge. Now they have build me $150 in fees on a charge I never did. And ruining my credit this charge needs to be removed from this credit card and this account is closed and I want this removed from my credit report and I want it removed from this credit account ACCT. I applied for credit card paid a fee of 89 dollars. Then paid 75 dollars for annual fee from credit line of 300 dollars. Activated card on 8/10/22. They said card was activated but it can't be used so I called customer service to see what was going on and they tell me I don't have an account with them but can't cancel card cause they say the name on my card is not my legal name.On my card it has my legal name ad *********************** and to get to a customer assistance I have to put in last 4 of social security number and my card number. I found in the end of Nov beginning of Dec of 2021 that there were fraudulent charges on my credit card. I called over 20 times and wrote 3 letters disputing the charges. From Dec-Feb every time I called they told me to call back in 3-5 days because my account was not on file. Within that time I also wrote 2 dispute letters. When I finally got a hold of someone in March they said my account was closed and went to collections. I said how is that possible when I have been disputing and calling for the past 4 months and can never get anyone on the phone. He said something doesn't sound right. I will have my manager call. No one ever called. I finally get ahold of someone again in June and he told me to write another letter. I did and still no response. I finally called again today and was told I can't speak to anyone because my account is closed. Now my credit is shot and they will never help me. I was charged by the same company 3 different times a month but they were charging like they were 3 companies and this credit card company doesn't think thats weird. I honestly think after trying to contact this company and already written 3 letters to them. I dont think a letter from them is sufficient enough. I should be receiving a phone call from a supervisor since 98 percent of the time I called they would not let me talk to any supervisors. My credit score is down 80 points and havent been able to refinance my car or build my credit up anymore because I get denied credit cards again. They were very unprofessional and unless the letter says they fixed everything I feel as though the letter is pointless. I will wait for the letter to see what they say
