      Contacted Debt collector asked for proof of the alleged debt specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me therefore you are reporting misleading false account. Delete this unverified and misleading account.

      My payment was rejected by my bank for being shy by .02 for my payment and Revvi Card flat out refused to clear out the payment that was rejected so I could make a new payment before the due date. They told me I would have to wait for the "payment to clear" even though I explained to them IT WILL NOT CLEAR and I don't want to get a late payment & over the limit fee on top of a return fee because by waiting till the 15th like they are asking me to because THAT will put my account past due on top of the returned fee then I will have a returned, late AND over the limit fees because of THEM telling me I have to wait 9 more days (8/15) when my payment is due on 8/12. I expect them to not give me ANY fees other than the return fee which I accept full responsibility for because I made the mistake of not having the other .02 in the account.I also do not want them reporting my account as being late.

      I paid off my balance April 2022. I called and cancelled the credit card. The company didn't close the account immediately and they charged me maintenance fee and annual fee. I've called 14 times and spoke to 4 supervisors who assured me it would be corrected. They erased the balance however left late charges that are going up. The people I've spoken with admitted it was ********** errors. The company also reported me to the credit companies. I NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE. I'm a disabled Veteran and need assistance please

      A payment of $733.83 was made in error on my closed account on 04/28/22. I immediately notified the company when the error was realized and have now spoken to them on several occasions only to be told each time a different reason they haven't refunded my money. I have been told the refund takes 14 days, 30 days, etc and can't get my money back. On 3 different calls, I was told it was being processed and it's been 30 days, 3 separate times and still no refund. They do have a supervisor call as they state and are just keeping my money.

      I refused letters from them and they still trying to get them to me again and again even I sent them back with a note. I have been Harass by them and they keep continue doing it, but law they have to stop when a customer or person tell them to stop with any communication. I am sending a copy from the last letterer I am sending back right now here.Sincerely, **************

      I sighned up for a total select credit card and recieved it in the mail. I am aware of fees and interest and all that. My issue is, that I made 2 payments for 10 dollars online and I have the receipt and they are aware of them. I requested the account to be closed since I never had any charges on the account from myself. Since, there are no charges from me, my fees are reversed to a zero balance, but there there are 2 payments for 20 dollars that show the account as a credit. I have contacted them and they sent my request to credit processing and they tell me every time to contact customer service. They just give me the run around and not one of them will refund me my 20. I want nothing more than what I paid for and never used.

      I have made multiple payments with this company and they have continually not updated my account. I have have made payments month over month and they have yet to release funds. I spoke to a representative named ***** and he was very rude and disrespectful. He could not provide answers and seemed to be all over the place with his words. He was giving false information and when I proceeded to call this company low budget he asked me to not use foul language. I have paid them over $200 over a month ago and my funds have still been unavailable to me. This seems to be fraudulent to me as I checked 2 different payments that were processed from my bank account to them and it was paid to 2 different company names. I still have not gotten a resolution and when I asked for my money back he laughed at me and hung up. This has affected my credit as well as my livelihood. Please help

      I paid off this card and closed it on July 8, 2022. Today, July 28, 2022, I received an alert from my credit monitoring service (Experian), reporting that Total ********* reported that I am using nearly 25% of my credit limit. I logged in, and it shows I have a zero balance, so I called. **************** transferred me, and I gave the same information both times. I went around and around with the two agents who spoke to me as if they didn't care and didn't have any means to help me. Again, this card was paid off and closed 20 days ago. Why are they now reporting that I am using 1/4 of my limit, when the card is closed and paid to $0.00? Horrible! I am trying to buy a house, and credit card utilization is something lenders look at very closely. This card is damaging my ability to buy the house I want. I have included my final statement from them, with a closing date of 7/22/22, showing $0.00, and so I don't understand why they reported that I owe a balance. I have also included a screenshot of the login page, which shows I owe $0.00. I would like them to remove this FALSE information from my credit report ASAP. Thank you for your time and any help you can provide.

      Vervent is handling my account on behalf of ************ Finance. I was notified June 3rd by ************ Finance that my May 22 payment had not been received. I contacted my bank immediately and was provided the copy of my check sent to and cashed by ****** (Vervent) on 5/18/2022. I emailed Vervent this proof of payment and asked them to investigate where my payment was applied and to correct. To date I have not received assistance from ************ Finance nor Vervent and they are still showing the payment missing and reporting such to the credit bureau negatively and incorrectly impacting my credit record reports. They are also billing late charges and additional interest. I have made contact through email and phone and not gotten this resolved to date. Please help.
