      I ordered 24 Master Locks from a company that I assumed was Master Lock, they added an s to their name which was deceiving. Master Locks outsourced my order to Hodge Products. I never received the locks and after numerous emails and phone calls asking for a refund, I have never received the locks or the refund.

      We placed our order on 7/29/2024. They charged our credit card right away. After mutliple attemps at getting an update on our order we would get an email back stating "We apologize for the delay in our response due to phone issues that affected our communication. " or a response saying "According to our back-office staff, the estimated ship date has been rescheduled" this went on for almost year. We tried to cancel the order but wouldn't receive a reponse from Hodge stating it was canceled. Until 2 months after the cancelation request. They finally sent an email on 5/13/2025 saying that our order was canceled, and that we would recieve a reunfund within 5-7 business days. it is now 6/26/25 and we still have not received a refund, or a response from any of the people I was told to contact.       I ordered 24 padlocks on 3/27/2025 (Order # A8591) for $877.00 ($864.50 + $12.50 shipping). On 4/15/2025 I called and emailed to check on the status of my order, they replied via email on 4/16/2025 estimating it was still 3-5 weeks out. On 5/8/2025 I called to cancel the order and was informed the order was successfully cancelled and that it would ***** business days to receive the refund credit. After calling to cancel I also sent a cancellation email. As of today, 6/25/2025, I still have not received the refund.

      Ordered 2 locks on Jan 22nd for business.       5/17/24 I puchased $444.84 worth of padlocks. It has been over 12 months. I demanded a refund 4 times via voicemail. Also, 4 times via email with Ms. ****** I was given the standard apology BS. I stated if I do not receive a refund in full, then I will file a complaint with the BBB. I was ignored on every voicemail, and subsequent emails after my demand for refund.I can't upload the .pdf receipt, but I can attach it to an email if you will ask, then I can provide.

      We placed the order for 50 master locks on 7-9-24. I have contacted them several times they kept saying it was on backorder and giving me a date several weeks out. Now that I have told them we want a refund they have stopped responding to emails and their phone goes straight to voicemail. I have kept all the emails I have sent them and their responses. We want the money refunded.

      Order placed online May 9, 2025 with American Lock (The Lock People/Hodge Products Inc.)Order # A8870 placed on 5/09/2025 for American Lock AH10 locks & keys requesting to be keyed alike as previous Order# A5118 placed on 5/08/******* has been over 4 weeks waiting on delivery of Order #A8870. I have reached out to inquire about my order through business emails, customer service emails, only to receive unanswered phone calls, no return phone calls, no delivery status or explanation of what the issue might be. My team and I would very much appreciate all help given in resolving this issue. Could someone please assists with a positive outcome by reaching out to me with a current up to date status on our order and when delivery can be expected or cancel order all together with a full refund back to purchasing card used to place Order # A8870.I very much appreciate all time and help given with this matter.       Company has not delivered the locks and have not issued us a refund. We have contacted them numerous times, left numerous phone messages and sent them emails. They have not responded or made any attempt to resolve this issue.

      On November 21, 2024, I placed and paid for an order of 30 locks, all keyed alike. Since that date, I have received no updates regarding the status of my order. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business by phone and email, but all calls go to voicemail and none of my messages have been *********** has now been nearly seven months with no communication and no delivery. I am requesting a full refund or immediate fulfillment of my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am filing this complaint in hopes of resolving the matter promptly.

      I placed an order on August 27 from Masterlocks.com, one of Hodge's brands. It has been over 36 weeks now with no product. I have been trying since November to find out whats happening. I have emailed multiple times, used the online form over and over, called and left multiple voicemails. I havent had a single response since November. Every time I have tried to call and wait for an operator, it either wont connect, or rings, then goes back to the queue, then rings, and back to the queue, then just goes to voicemail. Just now, after three calls, I was actually able to get a human on the phone, and they said that once this goes to the cancellation department, it will be ***** days for a refund. Because of the website URL, I thought I was ordering from Master Locks directly. This treatment of customers is borderline fraud.
