This company is border line harassing me with sales and spam calls. I have told every caller I am not interested and remove my name from the contact list. They continue to harass me during my work day. Business owners get hundreds of spam calls a week and this company will NOT stop harassing me and continually adds fuel to the fire. I will never do business with this company out of sole principle. It is absolutely unethical what they are doing.Housecall Pro

Terrible customer service. I asked to cancel after doing there trial, and they begged me to stay for 3 months for free. They told me they would contact me, to see if I still wanted there service before they charged me after the three months. I never once recieved a phone call, and was charged 180$ on my card. I called the customer support line to say I never authorized this charge, and did not want the service. They canceled it for me, but said billing would call me to issue a refund. They could not give a timeframe when they would call, or a phone number. That means waiting around for who knows how many days until I get a call. It is very fustrating that a business cant be more organized, and be able to schedule a call back at a certain time, like other well known businesses.Housecall Pro

I have had a great experience with housecall pros. This is the best program I have ever used, and you can do everything from one program: take payments, schedule, dispatch, accounting, and web design. They have been very prompt when I need help with something. The system provides customers with information about their jobs and services and provides when the tech is on their way, and you can also chat with the customer on this program. As a new business owner, I highly recommend utilizing housecall pros for your business needs. It has been an easy adventure, and the portal is easy to navigate. Their customer service is getting so bad. Every update causes issues and they really don't care about customers anymore. We use to love housecall. Now we can't wait to leave.Housecall Pro

They talked me into doing a trial on their program and even told me nothing would be charged to me. I then realized they had been charging me $179 dollars per month for a year. I had never once even logged into their program and had never given them permission to charge me. When you call customer service, you get someone working from their house and cant escalate any issues. They promise to have someone call you but they never do. I do however receive a call back over a month into trying to resolve this from someone that doesnt have the ability to help in anyway but tell me that its outside their company policy for a refund!!! I didnt know they had a company policy on fraudulently charging people! Do not use this or even attempt to use their trial, they will charge you and apparently its okay for them to steal from you since their company policy says its okay.Housecall Pro

Hi ****, We do apologize for your experience. I was able to locate your account ! I do see that you have been with us since January of 2023, In January your account was on a 14 day free trial, then with your confirmation was moved to a billed subscription, which was given a first month promotion price with a risk free money back guarantee and then after that it would move to the price of the package that was selected. Once the plan is moved from a free trial to a billed subscription all plans due auto-renew each month on a subscription basis and no cancellation requests were made until December of 2023. I do see you spoke to our billing team and retention teams and they advised that the request was outside the timeline, because you essentially pre pay for the months that you use. I used Housecall Pro in the past and had to drop using them. The software is fit for business purposes but very expensive.I am leaving a 1 star review because since then I have attempted to buy out the website domain and had a h*** of a time getting a result. ****** won't respond to my emails unless I send multiple emails and start being forceful with my wording. He then still only vaguely responds and even tried to trick me into resubscribing for the full price to use the domain. He later admitted I did not have to fully subscribe but can actually pay $12.99 for domain ownership. I have asked for the link to get this set up but again ****** has magically disappeared and only responds with vague emails.Housecall Pro

Unpleasantly surprised by House Call Pro. After following their procedures and cancelling my service, I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $406 on my account two months later. It's crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and uphold their end of the bargain. Unfortunately, House Call Pro fell short in this regard. There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and Id advise prospective customers to think twice before opting for House Call Pro. Mismanagement of financial matters is a red flag. It looks like I was able to find your account, I see that in July of 2023 you were looking to cancel and were given the two months free promotion. That promotion is given when a retention specialist offers with the decision acceptance with your permission to not cancel your account. So it looks like the promotion was applied July 13th, and you were billed again starting in September. You were not charged for July or August. I was with Housecall Pro for less than a month, and I also had reported my number over from a different carrier to their other software voice,When I tell you housecall Pro is the most fraudulent company I have ever been in contact with, just try it out for yourself and you will soon see.Customer support is absolutely useless.My number for my office line was in limp mode due to their own issues they were having, and they just kept giving me the runaround after run around.This had cost in my business, thousands and thousands of dollars.Stay clear from this company if you want to be in business for more than a year.Completely insanity I have never ever ever dealt with such a company and all their misguidance before.I had to get attorneys involved just to get a hold of a supervisor.Again, please stay clear from this business at all cost. HCP and HCP assist is stealing from our business. Their customer service is absolutely horrible They overcharge their customers and avoid when the customer calls in ********************** does not have the knowledge to accommodate licensed contractors A class action lawsuit is needed against this awful company. In the meantime, theyve taken down wrong names, wrong phone numbers, they even took a call for a company in a different state that we are had to pay for ************ is an absolute scam that is forcing contractors to pay for their employees trainingHousecall Pro

I have been using House Call Pro since 2020 and overall I am pleased with this software. It definitely has its flaws but over time as you learn to use the software and learn to self troubleshoot, using it becomes simple to use. HCP has made (and regularly keeps making) many updates and upgrades over the years. I look forward to their next email mentioning something new is coming.The chat support can be frustrating, so I do not use it.If you try this software for a few months and like it, pay the full year to save some money.I currently use HCP subscription, HCP assist, website builder 2.0 Thank youHousecall Pro
