  My experience with GovX recently left me with a bad taste in my mouth for this company. I have always thought it to be a decent company based off the message of being a Veteran and First Responder friendly company that gives back to service members. Although I do not expect anything for my service nor did I serve to get discounts, it was a sentiment that I appreciated. Unfortunately my new belief is a more factual actualization that they are not truly in this for the community but, like most companies, they are in it for the profit and maximizing said profit by partnering with low rated online companies who lack in customer service and reasonable opportunity for refunds on items or event tickets. Nothing wrong with turning a profit, but quit parading as if you care about your customer base. Members only, their affiliate is one of the 3rd party companies that lacks tremendously in service. I purchased 2 tickets 2x from two of GovX pages because one site purchase price was $88 and the other was $136. I was confused as I didn't understand why the same theme park from the "GovX" affiliate had different prices. I was unaware that I was being routed to any third party company in both occasions. My daughters 2nd birthday is coming up and we wanted to take her to sesame street, now we have 4 tickets of which they will not refund either sets, and instead of understanding the situation i found myself in, they are staying committed to not refunding me a measly $88 or $136, which i would have taken either. For a company as big as they are it seems like a small amount to refund to NOT lose a customer. I was very disappointed in the entire process to communicate with any GovX rep, they didn't have any empathy and the entire emailing back and forth for no successful outcome was a waste of time. I will not be doing business with this company ever again. Bad way to handle a situation that would not have cost them much to keep a satisfied customer. Too bad. Say no to **********************.

  Massive scamming company, we purchased 6 concert tickets and spent close to $600, when we got the ticket transfer the tickets said in all cap NOT CONCERT TICKETS when I first called they stated that was weird and that they would get that taken care of to give them 72 hours to email/call back- never happened I called 4 days later for them to tell me to contact ticket master because they denied the refund or exchange in tickets, I contacted ticket master to be told that they would refund the tickets and get me the right ones thats when they realized that the ticket transfer was from an individual not company (they came from a ******) then told me to contact govex *********** again as they are the ones who have to issue the refund and were really sorry about this issue. I called them AGAIN and this time they got very nasty on the phone said they will NOT exchange or refund the tickets because their business partner said no, when I asked who their business partner was the girl laughed at me and told me she did not need to disclose that with me. I would not recommend this website or their services to anyone.

  Retired first responder here. Thier TV ad states if your stepped up to server we got you, they don't! Refused any provided documents of service.Ill proudly take my money elsewhere.After reading pages of complaint, I've determined I'd be safer in a structure fire then making a purchase through thier website.

  Total scam! I was so disappointed! I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. The website seems so legit/real, but the items seems to be knockoff's. I bought a pair of "Oakley" sunglasses for my husband. They arrived in a box that was barely taped together and immediately I knew they were not real ******'s. The plastic frames were super cheap, light weight and a complete scam. I was nervous about the return, but I completed the return form online, was sent the return label immediately, dropped off the box at **** and received my return within a few days. They do deduct for shipping, so you don't get a full refund, but at least I got the bulk of the refund. This company should be shut down! So disappointing that they are taking advantage of military and government employees.

  I recently went onto GovX to take advantage of the savings and deals for first responders specifically purchasing *********** tickets. I was skeptical so only purchased one ticket to begin with. I followed their very specific and highlighted instructions to check the ****** calendar before purchasing the ticket to ensure that it was valid on that particular date. I clicked on their red highlighted hyperlink which took me to the ****** calendar. I checked the date and it was available so I purchased the ticket. When I got the electronic ticket I went to make the ****** park reservation.....the ticket purchased was not the correct tier for the date I wanted to attend the park. I contacted GovX / *********** and informed them of the process that I completed and their only response was that I needed to contact ****** to pay for the upgrade for the particular day in question. I am glad that I only purchased a one-day ticket rather than the multiple I needed. So disappointed with an organization that promotes being their for military and first responders I am highly disappointed with their lack of empathy and response, including that they have not changed the wording, etc. on their website.BTW I went directly to the ****** website for the remainder of my tickets and it was only a few dollars difference. Definitely purchasing directly from ****** in the future to avoid 2nd and 3rd party headaches I have not made alot of purchases on GovX, some of the purchased I was pleased with and some I could not return per their policies so I was stuck with an incorrectly sized product.

  Terrible return policy. I bought a pair of shoes, which I had tried on at REI and knew I liked, but the pair I received from Govx felt completely different. I returned them, and they refused to refund me over $15 in shipping they had charged me. That wasnt made clear when I made the purchase, and is way out of line with basically all major retailers.

  Just want to start off by saying that I am military veteran. This company is taking advantage of us military and first responders. They are claiming to have "deals" and market themselves as only for first responders and military personnel. However, their prices are actually more expensive than those posted other places. In some cases, the prices on GovX are considerably higher. For example, ************************* tickets at ************* on June 23, 2023 in Box 21 are listed for sale on GovX varying from $505 minimum to a little over $800 depending on the row. The same exact tickets on SeatGeek are listed for $428 to $706. With GovX you don't even have a choice of seats. Again, this is just one example. There are many products for sale on this website that are also being sold at much higher price. This website is a complete scam, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.

  What a scam!!!! On 02-16-23, I purchased 2 tickets to the ********************* minor league baseball game (not a hot ticket) for the game on 04-19-23. They charged me $38.00 per ticket and $14.00 for taxes and fees, total of $90.00. I thought it seemed high but trusted the company. My tickets were emailed to me on 03-23-23. I printed them out and noticed face value was $17.00 per ticket. I went to the Pelicans website and found I could buy the same 2 tickets for $17.00 per ticket and a $5.00 ticket convenient fee for a total of $39.00 dollars. GovX is completely misleading! This is nothing short of robbery and ****.What a scam!!!!

  Very first product I looked at , a 72 hour back pack from 511 brand.. was $45 MORE than 4 other places I found in 1 search,,, rip off artists posting as friends of Police and Military, dropped my membership before first purchase .

  Theyre taking advantage of vets and first responders. They sell and offer no help when there is an issue with your order, especially if youre a disabled vet. Terrible customer service. They basically say oh well if you dont like it cancel. **** said Im done once I finally get my refund. Stay away from this company its a behind the scenes money maker using us as their book cover, fake ******************* company. ****** (Sgt/USMC/Vet.)
