  Do NOT buy anything through this site. They target first responders and charge well above the retail price listed direct on company websites. They claim to have no additional fees, but charged an extra $20 per ticket over the actual price listed on ************'s website. When we reached out after my husband purchased these tickets, we were told they would not offer a price adjustment or match, even when we sent them screenshots of ******** website taken the same day. They said they get their tickets from a 3rd party ******, obviously not direct from ****** or the price would have been the same. They are crooks who prey on service members. What can you do? They already have your money and refuse to act with any integrity. Absolutely abominable and disgusting. AVOID.

  GovX has click bait on their ******** ads. The ad specifically stated UA Womens Stellar G2 boots for *****, you click and they send you to the same boots but *****. When you contact customer service they try to send you to mens boots! I have been going back and forth for days and no resolution. Was going to be my first purchase with them and now I will not use them in the future. Shame as I thought they were supposed to support military, ***, and first responders.

  Shame on you GovX for taking part in scamming first responders. Just found out the concert tickets that I purchased wont get me into the concert and are only early access. When I purchased the tickets back in December through your third party website ***********, I spoke to a representative not too long after to verify the purchase. The representative did not inform me that they were not tickets and that I needed to purchase the actual ticket as well. After making my travel arrangements, I noticed my sisters ticket did not look like mine. I called and spoke to someone from *********** this morning to ask them about it. I was told my purchase was only for early entry and that I needed to buy the concert ticket as well. When they were confronted with the question of why their employee failed to mention that to me back in December, the representative basically called me a liar saying if you actually spoke to someone and I was told that is what I get for making a purchase online and on the ticket itself says not actual concert ticket. I was told I could not get a refund and that all they could do was put in a request to be approved to receive a credit voucher. I have never felt so disrespected. If they would have told me that I needed to purchase the actual concert ticket back in December when I asked, I would have done so. Now the tickets have doubled in price and can not afford to go. Will never use this website again. Never been so disgusted with how someone could treat first responders. Shame on you for allowing this company who has gotten numerous complaints to still take advantage of people.

  GOVX is a complete scam for military members. They pride on taking your money and they have no refund policy in place. I trusted this company off of the word of one of my veteran friends and they screwed me out of $264. Im spreading the word all over about these crooks preying on our military vets. You have not heard the last of me.

  Horribly dissatisfied with this company, specifically with their "travel deals". I would strongly recommend against using at this point. I booked a Hotel through GovX, member deals. The hotel was absolutely disgusting and the price that member deals charged was triple the price the hotel provided a receipt for at the time of my reservation. I would get into the specific issues with the hotel but, this is not the place. I called and filed a complaint with GovX and received an email stating they would be in contact within 72 hours. Almost two weeks later and I've gotten nothing. GovX should be ashamed of themselves peddling sub-par accommodations on their site, not making it right after several complaints, and on top of it all, doing it to Military and first responders. Never again, and rest assured, all of my military and first responder friends and family will know about my experience.

  This company is the absolute worst! There is no reason for us to not be able to have a refund almost a month away from the hotel reservation. If a ********** you up 72 hrs. prior to your stay to cancel, no reason why a 3rd party vendor can't. It's crazy that you offer first responders discounts but this is the price they have to pay. This is a waste of time and money.

  This company uses bait and switch on hotel rooms. I logged on and found a hotel, but when I tried to confirm my purchases it said "room now unavailable", but offered it to me at double the price. I switched my dates and the same hotel popped up with the original rate. I attempted to book that room and the samething happened "room no longer available", but offered for double the rate. I waited and checked the next day. The room was back online for my original dates. I tried to book it and once again was met with "room no longer available", but offered at double the advertised rate. This is bait and switch which is illegal based on the *************************

  Definitely a predatory business, especially directed toward first responders and military personnel. I would not recommend this company. Also all sales are final, which is problematic since days off are often canceled as a police officer/ fire / emt worker.

  Do not book any travel with GovX. There will hidden charges not listed on the website or in your invoice. The invoice will include Hotel fees but none will be actually applied to your fees. Booked a hotel for 7 days/6 nights for $1850 but then was charged an additional $370 for hotel fees by the hotel which were not included in the cost or listed. I would have done better booking directly with the hotel or through AAA. Waste of time and money. Awful customer service. Dishonest and do not fully disclose fees. They couldn't even tell me what company they used to book the hotel. I learned more about my reservation from the hotel manager.

  Absolutely terrible site, will never use them again for anything! Bought tickets for a theme park for one price, but with extra fees they decided to add it was more than buying them from the park itself.
