    When i was checking my statement in my checking account i noticed a charge for $19.99 i did not recognize this charge or business. i did not authorize this transaction and i do not know how they even got my information. I would like a resolution to the problem and I'd like the charges to stop and be refunded the money taken from my account unauthorized! i have noticed i am not the only one with this same problem. That's very concerning to me!

    I'm not sure how my credit card was obtained, but Neobod has been billing me monthly $19.99 since August 11 2021 for a fitness app called Gofitness that I have never heard of let alone even would pay for when there are 100s of fitness apps out there that are FREE of charge. I want the fraudulent charges refunded back to me. I never really look at my statements because I pay it all online, so that small amount every month wasn't detected until I paid off my card multiple times and kept having a balance due. When I looked through each statement online I then noticed these $19.99 charges for a Gofitness app that I've never purchased before. I started to look through as far back as I could online and eventually just called my credit card company to file a fraud complaint, they gave me the number to contact Gofitness. I called them up asking them when did I (supposedly) first ordered this app and they told me that I started in August 11th 2021. I then proceeded to tell them that I don't know how they got my card info, but I want whatever membership fee they have charged onto my card to be canceled and that I was filing a complaint with BBB and my card company to get all my money back, and that my card has been closed because of this.

    I have NEVER heard of this shining light company or ordered anything from them yet today I found a charge of 19 dollars for whatever. Im a retired ******* veteran with issues and sick and tired of these shisters trying to sell me car warrantys, car insurance, homeowners warranties, life insurance, better health polices and funeral plans. Only if I could get my old gnarled fingers around the neck of whomever stole my money ??

    A charge of $19.99 appeared on my bank statement and I most certainly do not know who they are or how it got there! I talked to customer service and am getting refunded but my main concern is where it came from and how they got my bank info??!! She was unable or unwilling to disclose this info. Buyer beware!!

    9/302022 there was a fraudulent charge of $19.99 on my debit card. I contacted Neobod's customer service and they said this app. was ordered on 8/30/2022. I did not order this and now have to cancel my card with my bank!!
