1 starI signed up for GoShare on March 1st 2024, and today is March 30th, and still waiting for them to review my documents that I have submitted after passing the background check. How big can this company can be to take that long to review drivers documentation. Spark Driver is the largest and completed my steps in 1 week. Now that I see a lot of reviews of one star here, I know why. Totally a waste of money for my background check.

5 starsThis was my first experience using GoShare. I needed to have a large chair delivered from the store to my home. The two gentlemen picked up the chair and had it to my home exactly on time. They were pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. I will definitely consider using GoShare for future moving needs.GoShare Inc

5 starsI helped my son relocating to a new apartment in ******, ***** as he recently got a new job. ****** employees suggested me to use GoShare to transport mattress, desk and other bulky items. At no time I booked GoShare to do the project. In a few seconds, my order was confirmed! On the ********** I book, ****** from GoShare called and met me while paying at ******. He is ready w van to move my stuff. He is big tall guy, polite and friendly. He even agreed to take wefie w me. LOL. In short, the project was completed in about 30 minutes as I checked the apps. My son and I were so happy that we dont have to rent a truck and do heavy lifting/ moving! Using GoShare is easy peasy!GoShare Inc

1 starI also signed up for GoShare and realized i should have never paid for a background check. However, when it came to submitting my documents I couldn't upload them. This is giving scam all day. And then something told me to look up the reviews and here we are. I am currently trying to contact their support team. I want my background check money back.GoShare Inc

You can read more information about why we have a background check to protect our clients and their cargo here: *********************************************************************************************. After your background check is reviewed and comes back clear, then you will be able to upload your required documents. 1 starThis company is a scam i was in the process of filling out the application to become a driver I passed my background check and moved on to the next step which is documents I added all my documents there still in review I woke up the other day and seen that they tried to take **** dollars out of my account it's strange because I never got to that step of putting in my bank information stay away from themGoShare Inc

1 starWas told to pay $105.00 extra cause I lived in *** for a background check or wont be able to proceed with the application process. I told them I wasnt paying for it that I rather not move forward. A year later Im Contacted by a collection agency for a balance of $105.00, this is the only company that charges an extra amount if you lived in *** for a background check.GoShare Inc

Thanks for the review. We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately the fee for the background check is valid. Every driver applicant is advised that the ******** fee is $105. It's a pass through fee charged by the ** counties to run the check. Once the check is run, GoShare is charged the fee and we pass that to the driver applicant. You can read more information about background checks here: ************************************************************************************************ background check fee is $49, or $154 if you have ever lived, worked, or received a citation in the *****************. In 2019, ******** raised the prices of records requests in their state. Unfortunately, the high cost of conducting a background check in the ***************** requires ** to charge a higher amount if you are a current or past resident of the state. 1 starI recently picked up a set of furniture, *********, **, *** discount furniture, it was my second pick up at that store, the first was a cotch, when I arrived to deliver it I noticed a small hole in one of the cushions, I had not seen it When I picked it up, for that reason I told the customer that the furniture had that defect that if she wanted to call the store and return it, she told me that they already knew about it and that they were going to fix it, that they bought it in that condition, so For that reason and thinking that in that store they sell furniture with some damage, I did not take a photo of the **** that I saw on a piece of furniture that day, I contacted the store manager and he let me know that those pieces of furniture were purchased from the inventory on the floor, they are not new furniture and may have some ****, the ****** sent me several messages which I have proof that he accepted it was in my transfer to be able to collect the insurance, which I did not accept, in any case the goshare company is taking $210 from my work assuming without any evidence that I did damage to the furnitureGoShare Inc

Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, without confirmation from the store or customer the couch was damaged at time of purchase, the driver is responsible for the damage.
