    Totally misled on what they would do and what I was responsible to pay for. Tried to discontinue my service after the special $99 treatment little did I know if I wanted to cancel after that I would still have to pay an additional $156 -horrible customer service regarding this matter very very unhappy with this company and highly would warn anyone else to ever use them. I would hope the actual owner would contact me, but I was told the buck stops with the manager well Im not done!

    Ive used Mission for 4 years now. The service has always been good. Ive had to call them out a couple times between regular treatment for flare *** and they have always come out promptly. Good company.

    My house was overrun!! My wife and I were so tired of going out and clearing the spider webs off of our pergola. It felt like they came back every 20 minutes. I called Mission Pest Control and they literally had someone out within 48 hours. They cleared out every ********** the whole house, sprayed, setup rat traps. Seriously gave me peace of mind. And the guy who did the work was very professional. ***** maybe? Took extra care to make sure our Quail cages were covered and wouldnt get anything in them. Thank you Mission for being honest and doing exactly what you said youd do!

    Mission pest has been top notch since day one. They always go above and beyond for their customer. We havent seen a bug since we switched over. From the office, to the management, down to the technicians they never disappoint. They're always on time, address any concerns we have, and let us know when they're leaving. A+

    Similar experience to other users here. High Pressure sales got my wife to sign up, shortly after I attempted to cancel but they proceeded with a half a$$ed front yard service for about 20 minutes. They try and charge $260 for something you can do on your own in about 30 minutes with $20 worth of supplies. I was then given the runaround trying to cancel my account, which they essentially refused to do. Do not sign up with this company, do not use their services.

    This company is horrific. They send very aggressive sales people to your door. When you don't answer the door they knock repeatedly ring the doorbell over and over again and then come back two hours later. I would never use their service just because of this.

    Ive had Mission Pest Control since it opened in 2018. With that said, Ive seen this company through thick and thin. Like any company out there, theyre not perfect, but they make great efforts to address any of my concerns. Anytime I felt like something was wrong (and there havent been that many) and I took it up with them theyve been quick to respond and address any of my concerns. Overall the service gets tho job done. I have no bugs in my house. Ive been pretty happy with them! Wont be switching to anyone so long as they continue to be responsive and willing to work with me on any of my concerns or grievances! For the most part I have been pleased with their technicians and office staff!

    ***** came to my door and talked me into changing pest control companies to Mission. Even though they cost a little bit more, I am so glad I did! I have had them now for over a year and I can say the difference was well worth it! We have have way less spiders both inside and out!
