    Ive used mission pest control for over a year now. They are very responsive and polite on the phone. I am very pleased with there service.

    Their service is worthless, the worst pest control service I've ever had. Note the review with 5 stars below is actually from the owner - every actual client has given a one star review. They promise everything so they can charge your credit card as fast as possible. They then harass you to sign their contract. When you refuse, they blow up your phone non-stop and send people to knock on your door. I told them to stay away, they still sent someone over. They woke up my kids I told them to never come back. He came back 15 minutes later asking for my cell phone number then I lost it. When I reached out to ***** to complain, they charged me $120 despite no service and no service agreement. These are the worst of the worst - and their sister company ******'s is almost as bad. Both companies do not honor their warranty instead stating "it takes 3 months to take effect" which is completely false. I recommend Home Guard / **************.

    Sold ** on one kind of services, but in reality, didn't deliver anything promised.We don't have any less pests with their services as we had without them, even more, at least we knew we don't have to rely on them.Their people don't know what to do when they come. We had to chase them when they show up at the door, but didn't even ring the bell, and were trying to leave. After that we had to show what to do. They lock you ** in a year contract and if you want to cancel you need to pay penalties! Ridiculous.DO NOT USE THEM!

    I have been with Mission Pest Control for about 4 years and at first everything was great. If pests came back they would comeback to spray free of charge. But the last year or so bugs have just been sticking around and it was only this last service that showed me why. I was at home for the last service and the technician came by and just swept around the house and DID NOT spray. He was here for 10 minutes and then just left. I've been paying for FULL SERVICE and how long have they just been sweeping and not spraying?! This company is cheating their customers. This is tantamount to stealing! I have cancelled my account and looking at options by way of legal action.

    I have been with Mission Pest Control for maybe 3 years. I don't mind the price increase. I get it. But I have felt that their service has been on the decline and despite paying for extra services, my insect control is just not I would expect. So I have tried to cancel my service:8/23/22 I emailed to request cancellation. Received return email from someone named *******, same day, asking why. I emailed a response, same day, and state I am not satisfied and want to cancel. I thought that was the end of it. But no. 8/24 5:03PM Received text from *******, stating I have to call to cancel. I texted back stating I would talk immediately. Nothing. Received no call from her.8/24 I called them 5:15PM. Left message. 8/3010:02 AM Received text from *******, stating my account is still active, and asking when we can visit. Again, I actually text back with "ASAP". Nothing. I receive no call.8/31 10:35 AM I called for ******** I was told she was unavailable. They would put me on some call list. I told them I was available all day. 8/31 11:33 AM I called for ******** Told she was unavailable. Would put me on list.8/31 4:04 PM I called for ******** Told she was unavailable. Would put me on list.9/2 4:20 PM I called for *******. Told she was unavailable. Would put me on list. I asked for manager. I was told it was *******. I asked for owner. I was told to ****** it.I don't know what happened with this company recently. Very disappointed.

    Topping on the cake: 9/2/22 Just received notice that Mission Pest charged my bank account again. Incredible.
