We canceled this card because it was awful charges didn't show up for days. Customer service is robots no help we canceled card and were told we would get our $200 deposit back within 30 days. Well it came and went we called told them we didn't receive it. They said they sent in another request and we would have to wait another 30 days!!! Do not do business with them we will probably never see our money!First Digital

Worst company ever. Criminal if you ask me. Deposited 1000$ for a card, they took the money then acted like they didnt. 2 weeks later no refund and have been hung up on twice. Do not use this company. They are taking advantage of already vulnerable people.First Digital

Take a look at the BBB (Clowns) despite receiving reports and openly stating that certain businesses are not accredited, they often redirect consumers to one of their affiliates or sponsors instead. Their address is as fake as can be. Total scam! Can't even leave a review on ****** because they don't exist in the **. It's about as much of a set up as it is ******** how they do people. They screwed me out 200$ and are ruining my credit. Also, continuing to lie to me and I'm sure everyone here or whoever decides to use their so called "business" for credit building. First Progress has only been a nightmare for me. I have had my card stolen due to a failure on the company's end, and I tried to report a stolen card. I called their customer service number and they redirected to me to call customer service -- at the exact same number I called. They have added on late payments for the fraudulent uses of my card. Additionally, they require that you dispute fraudulent charges by snail mail, making it difficult to clear your credit statement and score. I highly recommend looking for a different secured card.First Digital

Absolute scam. I opened a credit card account and within one month there were fraudulent charges on the account. They were awful to deal with over the phone. I had never entered this credit card information anywhere, so the fraudulent charges must have come from the company itself. Do not under ANY circumstances trust this company.First Digital

FP is a nightmare. A complete nightmare. From the beginning it is falsely advertised as ‘no annual fee.’ I didn’t activate the card right away because I didn’t need it. Then, I get a credit alert on my report (the ONLY late fees on my credit). I contacted them and they said I didn’t pay the annual feel which they said there was not, so I could not dispute their false advertisement.
They only allow you to pay using banking routing/account info but they don’t process it and then charge you for late payments.
My purse was stolen out of my car last year and they did an ‘investigation’ and determined that ‘I’ made the charges and applied all the charges they had initially refunded. Their reasons for doing so were that person who stole my purse, used my card at similar places as I did. Police know this guy is a known thief and has 12 other cases against him. FP digs their heals in. This company is the ones commuting frauds, false advertising, false charges for late payments, you name it, they are doing it.First Digital

Biggest mistake! I needed a card to build credit but wanted to stay away from annual fees. The card had a great APR, but when I received found out it was an annual fee card. I immediately called CS to cancel card, I had not even activated it yet. CS told me annual fee had already been charged. After I argued about the refund of that, they agreed to refund everything. Check would be mailed. Fast forward over 3 weeks, called them back to inquire where refund was and I was told check was cut almost a week after I had called and I had to wait 15 BUSINESS days. I let them know no one mentioned that. Fast forward 20 business days later, still no check. Called CS to inquire where refund is and I was told refund was just mailed 5 days ago. I let them know of the 15 business days I was told about and she told me I don't wait 15 business days, just 15 days. Very disappointed, I have not had an issue like this with someone in a while. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And First Progress? PLEASE do not reach out to me unless you need my physical address to overnight my refund to.First Digital

I recieved two letters in the mail for approval, one was for $500 and the other was $300 but after reading all of these reviews , I will not be getting a first digital card or a total credit card. That is ridiculous I rather keep using prepaid debit cards. Thanks for saving me the head acheFirst Digital
