      I’ve had this card for over a year and have repeatedly had issues with autopay declining “because the due date was on a weekend and your bank denied it”
      Recently I paid off the card and when I tried to use it again it declined when I called to find out why they told me I needed to prove that the payment came from my bank account and went through. Even though it’s been months and I know it went through cause it’s on my bank transactions. So now until I send them proof of my bank account and of the transaction they suspended my card. So I guess don’t be responsible and pay off your card ever!

      I was authorized for a credit card and when I tried to pay the program fee they said they changed their mind without any email notification or anything but 4 days prior everything was fine

      called to see why it's a restriction on my card ,guy answered after 23 mins barely can speak English so I asked to talk to his supervisor, was on hold for an half hour until I just hung up smh the worst

      This company messed up my account twice. and caused pings in my credit. even admit it. and i’m still waiting on refund !! Don’t recommend they customer service horrid.

      I paid card in full. Balance is * **** odd cents because I over paid. My available credit is zero. I sent money from my bank account so there is no reason for a hold on funds. They say it may take ten days for me to have access to my funds. As soon as I receive my tax refund this year - so I can go several months without the $*** I have on deposit with them, I will cancel this card and get a refund of my funds. I have had an account with them for almost 10 years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. It takes many days for money to be credited when you go through their online payment. It has never taken this long when I have paid from my checking account..

      Restricted my card for making payments. How is that fraudulent.? Stay away from this card. They said I need to fax my bank statement to them so they can verify that the money, which has already processed and cleared my bank actually came from the bank account that I have been using to make monthly payments since I received the First Digital Card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡

      I asked First Digital do not give your robotic robots answering complaints from us customers. Apparently live agents are like robots they can’t tell you anything because resolutions goes to back office and they don’t give a damn how many complaints people put on media. DO NOT RECOMMEND this nor the services they provide.

      They are a scam and a rip off! I have had the card for a several months, I made a payment of 200$ from the same account I have been using since I recieved the card , I go to chek my card balance and see that I have 0 (zero) avail credit, I call the number on the back of the card and was informed that my card has been frozen and I need to fax my bank statement to them so they can verify that the money, which has already processed and cleared my bank actually came from the bank account that I have been using to make monthly payments since I recieved the First Digital Card. I asked to speak to someone in the department that froze my card and they are conveniently not accepting calls but I can fax my bank statement to to prove that the 200$ they took from my bank account came from my bank account. Someone PLEASE make this make sense

      How in the world do you PUNISH customers with a hold after making large payments????? I have the ****** card, made a $1000 payment, and these people tell me I have to PROVE I paid the money from my own account. Hello-- my account is -1000 paid to the card! I made smaller test payments from the same account. I make a big payment, and I am PUNISHED FOR IT??? Where is the incentive? I am told I have SNAIL MAIL my bank account information CROSS-COUNTRY just so some stranger can snoop on my statements and "VERIFY" I paid my bill with my own money. Holy... wow, this feels like a scam BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY CREDIT BALANCE ON HOLD. Snail mail cross-country... that's a month! AND I'M TOLD THERE'S NO CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN TO. Alright. This is horrible service. I've never experienced being punished for making an on-time payment. Horrible. CHANGE THIS UNLAWFUL POLICY NOW, PLEASE!
