1 starWe are a small startup company that has unfortunately fallen on hard times, as a result we have wanted to cancel our account. We have yet to get anyone on the phone to help us out in a meaningful way, and when we do they claim we signed a contract (which we never did) and they suddenly can't find any proof to be able to send to us. We were told we'd speak with a manager, which has also yet to happen. After looking at the supposed contract I found online via a ****** search, I see that it allows cancellations for business that are ceasing "normal business operation" exactly what we are doing. Why make it SO difficult for a small business who is already struggling, absolutely a scam. Never recommending. Talk about pouring salt in the wound. 2.5 weeks later and still no response from anyone. We have gone to our credit card to dispute the monthly charge since they never give us time of day, atleast they are on our side and willing to protect us since these scammers aren't.Review fromJesus S

1 starThroughout the last year, we were assigned roughly six different account managers. Only two or three of them formally introduced themselves. In most cases, we didnt even know our account manager had changed until we needed support and discovered someone new was assigned to us.Our biggest ongoing issue was with the phone system. For the entirety of our time with Workiz, we dealt with calls coming in where we would hear hold music, but no one was on the other end. We reported this multiple times, but support consistently told us nothing was wrong. After realizing Workiz wasnt the right fit, we made the decision not to renew. We reached out proactively to our account manager, ****** *******, asking to be downgraded to the Lite plan to allow us time to port our phone numbers and transfer our data before the contract ended. That didnt happen.Instead, our account was fully deactivatedcutting off access to our phone lines, app, and all client data. We emailed ****** immediately, but this happened on a Friday. On Saturday, I called Workiz support 71 times before finally getting through to someone. They told me no one who could help would be available until Monday. On the fifth, everything was restoredbut only after over 100 calls, follow-up emails, and unnecessary delays. Im writing this because I believe in transparency, and I wouldnt want another small business to go through the same thing.Other frustrations we experienced include:No unlimited phone plan Most FSM platforms offer this. Workiz doesnt, even though its one of the most requested **************** automations Even on the Ultimate plan, you were still limited to a certain number of automatons you could set up. Unreliable mobile app The app frequently froze or crashed, requiring us to force close and restart ************ short, Workiz might work for some businesses, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend it.Review fromOleksandr B

1 starWe have signed a document in which the Privacy Policy and ****************** links are not working. Not only that, but when we said we wanted to stop working with them, they said it was impossible. They don't care if we want to work with them or not. The problem is in the operating system itself. Their functionality is very limited and their prices are unreasonably high. We asked them to get into our position, as our business does not bring us enough money to pay for the subscription. We have even asked them to reduce the functionality so that the amount we pay is less as we do not want to use their platform anymore. But they refused and insisted that we must continue to pay a fixed amount monthly and they don't care whether we use it or not. We contacted account managers, wrote to support and were told that we would be contacted and finally we were contacted only a week later. They were just stalling for the date when the subscription charge would be due. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they simply just ignored that request. I do not recommend this platform - a complete disappointment and a waste of money. Do not sign an annual contract with them as it is impossible to cancel!Review fromKyle M

1 starHorrible, lies, and deceiving!I signed up with this company for the "Lite" version as a business phone number when I'm just starting out, worked for about 2 weeks, & then got complaints of calls not going through to only be told that phone calls aren't part of the lite version. Tried getting me to buy their product as they can't offer it in the lite version. Over 500 business cards printed with the phone # to be given the run around & it's a "human error"Review fromEmanuel J

1 starI am extremely disappointed with Workiz's business practices. While the software itself is good and works well, the company locks you into a year-long contract without clearly informing you. This deceptive practice was a shock to me.After deciding to cancel the service, I discovered they continued to charge my card despite my cancellation. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration. **************** was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve this issue.I would not recommend Workiz to anyone due to their unethical business practices and poor customer service. Be very cautious before signing up with them.Review fromVanessa B

1 starThey are a predatory company - do NOT use them. We were reducing our account to the free version temporarily. Our account manager stated he would reduce our plan down and he did not. We kept getting alerts from our bank that Workiz was trying to pull nearly 2k. We kept emailing and contacting Workiz to stop these payments and reverse them immediately. They claimed they would. Then our account manager who should have canceled this transaction and moved us down to the free version emailed us asking if we are positive we would like to cancel... he was supposed to do this a while ago!!! Predatory move to try and get us to stay. The 2k ended up pulling and they are absolutely useless in their customer service department. I do NOT recommend them. We are now working with our bank to reverse the transaction. Horrible predatory experience and we will not ever recommend them.Review fromZoe T

1 starThe absolute worst. My subscription ended on December 26, *************************************************** into another year of subscription! I spoke to my account manager one month before the end of my subscription and he confirmed that it will be ending December 26, 2023 and that I will not be charged. The biggest scam artists they will get you to sign and won't let you cancel your subscription. Use someone else they are sneaky and liars!Review fromHunter B

1 starI sent in a cancellation to Workiz over 2 month prior to the renewal date. I contacted someone through the support portal and was told the request was registered.A month later a rep named ******************* reached out to me for a onboarding chat. I told him that I already requested that the account be canceled. He didnt take any action because I started seeing charge attempts from Workiz. Luckily I moved funds from that account.I called in and spoke to someone about why Im still being charged. On the phone I was told my cancellation was processed 2 weeks ago (which I know wasnt true). He told me that my dispute was escalated to *************************. This morning I saw another attempt to charge my account. I dont know what is going on at this company, but apparently they dont honor these cancellations.Review fromMr. Junk M
