    I bought 3 paperback books from this company and did NOT sign up for a subscription. They have charged my PayPal acct. every month - starting on Feb 24 for $48.50 On March 24-$10.74 April 25showed $10.74 May 26-$10.74 June 26-10.74 July statement $10.74.I have not received anything in these months and have dearly tried to contact them but to no avail. I would like my money back for an obvious subscription to something I never chose nor obtained anything from.Thank you for your help in this matter!

    We checked your case and it appears that you have added a monthly digital subscription under the 30-day free trial offer along with some of our books purchased for $48.50 way back in February 2022. We have a promotion where the first month of this subscription is free so that people could try it out.

    Once you purchase this product an order confirmation email is sent with login instructions. If you do not wish to continue you can cancel the subscription through our help center before the free trial period ends. Also, an email notification is also sent every month for every recurring charge. 


    We see that our customer support team has already replied to your email with an explanation of how the subscription was purchased. Do not worry, your subscription has been canceled and you will not face recurring charges for it. Also, as a customer service courtesy, a refund was issued for the last charge.

    I was charged for books I never ordered and there is a transaction date of 07/18/2022 through my credit union of $37.70. My credit union cancelled my debit card on Monday 07/18/2022 and I filled out fraud claim papers. On 07/23/2022 I received a box in mail from this company that I did not open because I did not order these books. I have tried to call the number they have listed and it just says in a recording "Let me transfer you to extension 0" and nobody comes on the phone.

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support at this time.

    We see that an email sent by you was automatically closed by our task bot asking to raise a customer support ticket through our help center. But, no support ticket was raised and hence the query was not addressed further then. 

    We checked your case and see that you placed an order with us on July 16, 2022, at 1:16 pm with us through the email address ******************* for a bundle of books. Also, an order confirmation email is sent to ******************* on Jul 16, 2022, at 1:32 pm as soon as the payment was received successfully. The books were shipped and delivered through **** on Friday, July 22, 2022, as per the order placed. 

    Please do not worry, our customer support team has already sent to you an email along with an explanation and resolution on how to proceed further to resolve your query. If you would need any help in the future please visit our website as mentioned above and raise a support ticket - we are always there to help.

    I ordered a book for my grandson from PDIC books about two weeks ago. Today I received a fraud alert for a $97 subscription fee if there was fine print that mentioned that when I placed the order, I never saw nor acknowledged another fee besides the price of the book.

    I ordered and received a book from puppydogsandicecream. Then on August 13th they took out $103.79 from my account for audio books I did not order. They said it was a trial and could do nothing for now. Said I should ask my family members if they want it. I want a refund and quit doing this to other people.

    Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream Charged my PayPal account for a subscription I never wanted. $97 appeared on my Pay Pal account for a free 30 day trial for some PDIC Books!!!It took a great deal of time to cancel this and I want the $97 credited back to my PayPal account as soon as possible! As I just discovered it yesterday and have not used this at all!!! I have ordered regular books three times previously on different dates but this 30 day free trial for digital books was not ordered! They say free 30 day trial and then charge you for it? Insane? Please help me resolve this with them.If you need any further info let me know.

    I ordered 3 books from Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream on June 18 2022. On July 19 2022 they charged me ***** for Im not sure what . I only ordered the 3 books in June. I cant afford this and didnt sign up for anything monthly.

    I purchased a set of 3 books from PDIC for $38.29. At the time of purchase I declined all other promotions and offers.Exactly month later after reviewing my bank charges. I received a debit transaction for $104.76. There was no email confirmation on a subscription service or purchase for the charge. I have contacted my bank to stop the charge and notified PDIC customer service. I see where other people have received the same charge and I am not sure how this company stays in business.I will not purchase from PDIC anymore.
