I have been using QuickBooks for my business, and while the software itself has been fairly reliable, my experience with their customer service has been nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service personnel lack the necessary knowledge to resolve issues effectively. Each time I contacted them with a problem, it felt like they were reading from a script rather than genuinely understanding my issue.Worse yet, the attitude of the representatives was often dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, they seemed more interested in ******* through the call. On multiple occasions, I was assured that my problem had been resolved, only to find out later that nothing had actually been fixed. This pattern of behavior is frustrating and has caused significant disruptions to my business operations. In summary, while QuickBooks as a product *** be useful, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I hope they take steps to train their support staff better and ****** a more customer-friendly attitude. Until then, I cannot recommend QuickBooks for businesses that *** need reliable and effective customer **********************.

I should have looked into QuickBooks before ever signing up for their service. As my complaint is the same as everyone else. They are holding funds, continue to extend the dates on when funds will be made available and there is NO ONE that you can speak with to resolve the situation. If I could leave a negative review rating, I would. One star is way more than they deserve. I was informed that if I canceled the payment, that although they are holding funds, that the funds would come out of my bank account until they processed the transaction, ultimately leaving me in a worse situation than I am already in. After reading the reviews on QuickBooks, I am surprised they haven't had a class action lawsuit filed against them yet for the criminal way they handle business.

my individual checking acct with Intuit ******************** Payments experienced an issue where multiple Automated Clearing House (***) returns were processed due to insufficient funds. The total amount returned was $36.96, and the bank also charged a returned item fee of $25.00. Despite these returns, a separate and unrelated amount of $800 in my account was subsequently frozen by Intuit, Amount ($25.00), Reason: R01 - Insufficient Funds Despite the relatively minor total of the *** returns, Intuit decided to hold $800, significantly impacting my business operations. I received no prior notification of this action nor an explanation afterward, which prevented me from addressing the issue promptly. Attempts to resolve this matter with Intuit QuickBooks Payments and regain access to the $800 have been unsuccessful. The company has not provided a viable option to resolve the returns or release the funds, leaving the status of my account in a restrictive state without justifiable cause Lack of Notification: Failing to notify me about significant actions on my account might violate the *************** Transfer Act (EFTA), which ensures consumers are informed of terms, conditions, and operations affecting their electronic fund transfers.Disproportionate Action and Lack of Recourse: The action to hold $800 due to a $36.96 issue seems disproportionate. This could be seen as a violation of the ****************** Protection Act (CFPA), under which the ****************** Protection Bureau (CFPB) ensures that consumer finance markets work transparently.Refusal to Resolve: By not allowing me to resolve the smaller *** return issue and regain access to my funds, Intuit may be breaching principles of fair practice, as stipulated by the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) which governs financial transactions and promotes fair dealing and reasonableness.Actions Needed:

Terrible company. Held my company funds for several weeks with no resolve. No communication. They caused the issue within their own internal problems that created the hold ( I changed bank accounts and their system wouldn't recognize the change after several attempts made through their own customer care team), and then refused to not only waive the fees that they automatically deducted, but held all future payments I received until they were able to internally resolve their issues that they couldn't even explain why were occurring. Even their own customer service team complained that they are given very little access to ***********, or abilities to help their customers. They would close my dispute tickets without even telling me. They wouldn't even send you confirmation about your tickets. When you call you have to provide the ticket details or they basically act like it didn't happen! Do not use this company. They don't care about the customer, and will drive you out of business to steal your money.

They dont even deserve one star! We had to change our bank account due to a fraudulent check. It is impossible to change in the merchant account. We have tried for two weeks now with no luck. We have been on the phone or chat for 2 to 3 hours per day, with no resolution, we cannot run payroll (Ive had to hand write checks) payables, receivables all on hold. We cannot accept customer deposits. One of our deposits for ****** is missing now & affecting our customer. This has been the most horrible experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially a small company.Signed ************

I should have read these reviews before I signed up for quickbooks. My account was deactivated for no reasons after I had setup invoices and received payments from customers. I think they are profiling their customers, since no tangible reasons were given for deactivating my account. If you are company looking to scale, do not use them.

I am a small business in ** that runs as a sole prop. They were asking me to provide a photo copy of my social security card and my business license. Cyber security is huge and small Businesses have taken a hard hit over the last couple of years with being hacked. Business licenses are available if they do a search. To ask us to download the actual cards onto their site is not ethical. And asking me to do so after they had just deposit on amount and then held another deposit for 3 days prior to notifying me as to them requesting this information. I will not be using them for future invoicing.
