    QuickBooks is illegally holding funds when customer pays using their service that enables to the customer to click the link in the invoice to pay online.We have used QuickBooks for years and often use the service where a customer can click on an invoice and pay. The funds are then sent to QuickBooks and deposited into our account the next day and they charge a $10 fee.However last week one of our customers paid us using this method and QuickBooks have held our funds for everyones benefit. The funds have cleared my customers account, and instead of receiving the money they asked us for 6 months of bank statements (makes no sense that we would have to submit bank statements for proof of funds, when we are the ones receiving the money), our invoice and the contract we had with our customer, along with their contact details. We provided all of it immediately. I called customer service and the person could barely speak English and provided no help. My client even tried calling, but that didnt work either.This is causing a massive inconvenience for both my company and our client and I am concerned we may even lose the customer and the sale. It is also putting a financial strain on our company because we are relying on that payment to pay our bills.I checked online in intuits discussion boards and on Reddit and many others are experiencing this same issue.

    I have never had such poor customer service. When I opened this, and I saw a rating of **** over all I was not surprised at all. If you are here to see if this is the company for your business, run and don't look back.

    They owe my business $533. They stated that they could help with cleaning up my books. They insisted I pay before any further help. They informed me they could not help us a few hours later. Payment was supposed to be back to me within **** days and we are way over that time frame. When I called support they told me they could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor to escalate this and she stated, supervisors do not speak on phone, we type the questions and they give the answers. I also have an email stating there is nothing they can do. So who does something then and who should be held accountable? Crooks.

    I have so many issues with QuickBooks, I have tried to contact their ******************* which deals with IRS, and I was charged with penalties because quick book failed to make payment on time. I emailed and open the case with tax notice resolution, my situation is not resolved. worst company. I will not even give them one star, I wish someday the owners can read all these comments. ; my
