DiversyFund is an investment company who has failed to respond to any of my emails regarding when a total account withdrawal may be made of my original investment. Originally my investment was made July 2020 and had a minimum hold time of 4 years. They then decided to keep the money for an additional 2 years. With no communication I don't know when I will be able to get my money back.Business Response

I opened up a fund with company 2021 and my fund has not any money. I called to cancel and get my money back. Every-time I call they take my name and number and no one calls back. Like many others who have made complaints about this company (DiversyFund) I made a initial 5k investment back in Jan 2021 and since then only received $171.89 in dividends that were supposedly reinvested and keep getting the round around on when I will be able to take my Return on investment. This company is a huge scam and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed. There are countless individuals that have been frauded by this company and we all need to come together and do something about it.Business Response

I invested in Diversyfund back in 2020/2021. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing from this business. They do not update their app or website with investment performance, do not provide any tax documents, and have ignored all my requests via email. I have about ten outstanding emails to their support team, totally unanswered. I messaged their CEO, ***** *******, on X, just asking to schedule a phone call to get answers to my questions, and he blocked me! Totally unprofessional and very shady. Apparently they pushed out the payout date again to sometime in 2025 is what I am reading online, but they refuse to provide me with any information. Im okay with an investment being illiquid, I get it, but lying to your investors and blocking them on social media and refusing to provide any information whatsoever on the investment and the expected timeline is very very shady, and honestly, criminal. There is chatter online about a class action lawsuit, and I think it is something I will have to participate in if I do not hear anything from this business about my investment. Im not asking for a lot, I am asking for some level of transparency and to not be ignored and blocked when I ask about my investment. What is the status of this investment? I invested $1550 dollars five years ago. My estimated Return on Capital was expected early 2025 and I am still waiting. There have been no new updates, besides being called to invest more money.
