    I've been attempting to contact them for at least 2 months to close my account. The website is always down, there's no phone number anywhere, no one respond to the inquiry thing online and I can't get a response via email.

    It is very hard to contact Diversyfund for information. I invested $5K four years ago. My account balance shows I have $5,129 in my account that I cant withdraw. Hopefully, my money is still there 1 year from now to withdraw.

    Horrible company to get through email several times. Was told on reply someone will back to me within 48hr this was a week ago. Had cash available to transfer according to web site, I transfer the amount indicated provided my bank information. And still to this day have not heard from them or received my transfer. Diversyfund not what I thought they were. Very unhappy customer at this point.
