    A couple years ago, I did a lot of research on this company and decided to invest in a few of their funds understanding it is a long term commitment. In the last two years, things are going as planned. Two months ago, I purchased stock into their parent company also. It's nice to be able to invest various amounts into real estate portfolios. The owners know what they are doing when it comes to real estate. I'm excited to see the payouts in 5 years on the funds.
