    This is the worst mistake Ive ever made. My monies have not been recurring any interest for over three years It hard to speak to a representative. I want my ******* dollars not. This company is a scam??

    Their phone number and email addresses no longer work. I filed a complaint with the SEC about DiversyFund and they responded with this:Please be advised the SEC has filed formal charges against DF Growth REIT II, LLC. Diversyfund owns DF Manager, LLC, the manager of DF Growth REIT. Information on the SEC's action against DF *********** and Diversyfund can be found on our website at ************************************************************. As noted in the Administrative Order, the offering has been permanently suspended by the SEC.In general, not all harmed investors are able to recover money. Investors who do recover money may receive substantially less than their losses.     I have emailed twice and set up 2 phone calls with no response. Terrible customer service. Im nervous I will never see my money.

    Invested $7k 4 years ago and only generated $700 in dividends. Weak ROI, but I could live with that, even if the investments are not easily liquidated, I knew the risks...That said, something fishy is going on over there.1- They have not issued me a 1099 for 2023. And NONE of the tax documents are available on their website.2- Several attempts contacting their support team, and NOBODY has responded.3- Important sections of their website (contact, about us, etc) are broken and redirecting to a broken page.I highly suspect they are going out of business and/or trying to flee with everybody's money.

    I invested $1500 with this company in March 2021. Its been three years and Ive made no money, get no communication from the company and when I inquire, I get auto responder email but no one follows up. I want my money out of this deal.

    I feel strongly that this rating doesn't give a good judgment for the company, Sure some people will face some issues, but then it will work when you understand it.

    I invested 5k in 2019. It's 2024 and I show 500$ in dividends - what a lousy return. And of course now they claim the properties will be sold in 2025 and I'll get my funds back. Half the links on their site don't work (404 error), and no updates or newsletters online. This is not at all a good investment.

    The last review from ************** has to be bogus. I've invested for close to 10 years, and I cannot get in contact with anyone either. I believe this is a scam, and I will be reporting them. None of their contact *****************, which is suspect. The class action suite is on the way to *************************.
