5 starsNot sure if this was the case for people before but it clearly says a 4-6 year hold period in the fund. I've been investing monthly and on issues so far. would've been nice to see a return but I understand it's hard for this type of investment.Review fromChuck H

I have been delighted with DiversyFund thus far. I do not understand why so many people are complaining. When I opened an account, the documentation clearly stated (in my case) that I could not touch (withdraw) my money for five (5) years. The documentation also clearly indicated that I would know the actual growth once the option opened for me to cash out or let the investment role over for another five (5) years. The documentation also stated no guarantees on return amounts, but an estimated figure was given. The growth is still more than my money would make in a traditional savings account. Understand that DiversyFund is a crowdfunded investment that allows non-accredited investors to invest in real estate. I own real estate, too, but after taxes, insurance, nonpaying renters, maintenance, upkeep, and renters who outright destroy property, you are much better off putting your money in DiversyFund. Good things come to those who wait; be patient. DiversyFund is not instant gratification; it will prove itself in time, AND you will be glad you waited.DiversyFund

I started in 2021 investing $500 every month till I have $5,000 invested in Diversityfund, The investment was supposed to mature in January **** which...at that point they were supposed to sell the properties and dispurse the profits to investors. It is now January **** and I haven't received ANY news whatsoever regarding disbursement of investments no NEWS whatsoever regarding ANY intention of continuing the investment ( which, Had they DISCLOSED that in CLEAR PRINT I would have never invested for 7 years in ANY REIT!)I invested $600 in a cryptocurrency 4 months ago that has already gone up to a little over $3,000, so WHY would ANYONE want to wait 5-7 YEARS unless the return is gonna AT THR VERY LEAST DOUBLE for THAT LONG .There are FASTER, MORE EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE WAYS TO INVEST AND GET A FASTER, MARGIN of PROFIT than with a company that.....1. Has **** poor customer service.2. Doesn't COMMUNICATE with their investors.3. Conducts their entire business through the INTERNET only.4. Is UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human being.I Live where their main location is ********* ** and I can't get ANY RESPONSE TO ANY OF THE MANY EMAILS IVE SENT They NO LONGER ARE LOCATED WHERE THEY STATE THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS LOCATED, and send no information where their NEW OFFICE IS LOCATED.*WARNING* ANYTIME YOU ARE INVESTING IN ANY TYPE OF INVESTMENT DUE YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND FIND OUT ABOUT THE SECURITY, COMPANY, CRYPTOCURRENCY BEFORE INVESTING ANY FUNDS.*READ THE REVIEWS WHY ANYONE WOULD INVEST IN ANY TYPE OF INVESTMENT WITHOUT DOING SO IS BEING OBTUSE. Do not invest your money with this company. It is difficult to get a hold of any kind of customer support. The webpage you use to access your account is full of links that do not work. I invested $500 in October 2019. It looks like I will never be able to withdraw my funds. My funds are supposed to be locked for 5 years. I'm hoping I can get my money out in October ****. It looks like others are saying the company keeps extending the deadline. The company claims the period is now 5 to 7 years and documentation can be found on the dashboard for your account. At the time I deposited my money. It said 5 years and not 5 to 7 years. More than likely, this company is a scam and should be investigated. I can't access any documentation as the link to it isn't working for the "Growth REIT". There has been no dividend paid for 2023. I'm guessing they lost money. You are better off going somewhere else to invest your money.DiversyFund

I agree with most of the statements below. The lack of communication is staggeringly horrible. I have investments in other REITs that are great...this one is terrible. Like someone said below, it seems like they have not reinvested dividends. While I'm sure they have, their platform design is not very transparent. I've been trying to reach someone...anyone, to plan an exit strategy at the end of my 5-7 year term, mostly because I'm making better returns on my other REITS. I tried email and phone to no avail. I tried to schedule a call, which was cancelled. I'm sincerely hoping that I can get my money back at the end of the term, but there is NOTHING in the terms or anywhere on the website as to how to do so. The fact that you cannot get in touch with ANYONE is extremely concerning. Would not recommend this company at all.DiversyFund

This company is a sham. I have tried to contact someone for over a month with no luck. They promise certain returns and blah blah blah but there has been no payouts or contact for years now. It's most likely a ponzi scheme or some kind of scam imitation REIT. Invest your money elsewhere because this "company" is no good.DiversyFund

If i could give this business a zero i would. they are the absolute worse and i am going to email every single person who hasn't gotten their money back to start a class action lawsuit. the business is a Ponzi scheme. they need your money to make investments. they make all the profits with your money. If everyone withdraw at once the business will die just like a Ponzi scheme. they cannot afford to pay everyone back at once which is why they say 5-7 years. a lawsuit will end it all. i'm tired of trying to contact them. i just want my money back.DiversyFund

Stay away from this platform. The investments are misrepresented. After investing, they do not follow through on updates, do not provide the information their operating agreements stipulate, and instead spend all their time and effort trying to lure in more investment in even riskier instruments like their Series A.DiversyFund

This company made it unavailable to speak by phone with customers service after two years investing. I started with ****** dollars. After two years this company stopped reinvesting my gains and now I cant withdraw my investments. But the keep emailing me to invest moreDiversyFund
