      I accidentally gave them my information because I was tired and they manage to make their website look like something that might actually be helpful (governmental/nonprofit, they are neither) now I'm getting calls from random agents, can't find a way to stop it. The first one called me a b**** when I wasn't compliant and easy to give him money, I tried to talk to the second one (under the mistaken idea that they worked for a single company) about that fact and he told me no one cares and hung up on me. Now I have to deal with unwanted calls from people with no standards of professionalism whatsoever because there is no way to cancel my "request" for information.

      Do NOT do business with this company!!! They not only falsified the coverages being offered they lied about our providers accepting the coverages. They presented the coverages as insurance when in fact they are merely a discount program for medical and dental services. When we discovered their misrepresentations, we immediately requested a full refund, only to be given the run around. This company is not credible. Beware!!!

      I was searching for health insurance when this company contacted me. Upon speaking with a representative for only a couple of minutes, the representative didnt like my questions. He told me to F*** OFF and hung up. At no time was I yelling or unreasonable. This was just uncalled for and completely shocking. This company needs to acknowledge the unacceptable behavior and apologize. Im not sure if fining is something appropriate but if it is, it needs to be done

      How does this company have an A+ rating with all of these complaints? Someone else gave my number to this company (because they keep referring to me with a different name in the texts and voicemails). I have never contacted anyone for health insurance as I always have it through my work. They will not stop calling and use different numbers so blocking does not work. They just use a new one. They called me 43 times in one day. I am going to have to change my number because I can't get them to stop calling. Why can't we do anything about this?

      This company should be shut down. They lie to their customers they sell unusable information and their customer support is some of the worst I have ever seen. I can not stress enough how truly terrible this company is. Do not give them money. Do not give them your information. Do not do business with this company in any way. I only gave 1 star because giving negative stars was not an option.

      I ordered a small set of leads to test for health insurance as I am an insurance agent. The leads were horrible to say the least. I talked to more than half and all had health insurance and they did not request info about health insurance and a few people said they are getting lots of calls. I question the "exclusive" part I bought. Some of the supporting data on a few leads did not match what was sent to me about the prospects. One person on VM identified herself as someone else. I talked with a rep at Nextgen and he said that he would adjust my account to get better leads. Better? I sent the request about a week ago to get some credit and I did not receive any response. Honestly, if one person would have verified a request, I really would not waste my time doing this post. I called my credit card to contest the charge and they told me I need a 3rd party letter, another vendor, that can attest to me getting the wrong leads. Huh? I'm not sure how that is possible. I guess I will write my story in more places to keep other agents informed.

      I am so angry with this company! I tried to get an online quote as promised, but I was mislead and NEVER received a quote. Instead about 30 people called me within a 15 minute span of time, constantly interrupting an important phone call I was on. I blocked them all and will hopefully never hear from them again. This is a scam to send out my number WITHOUT my permission. I'm so sorry I bothered to try and get an online quote. Do not fill out their forms! Unless you want to be harassed endlessly. They get zero stars.

      This company is not honest. I plan to find a bureau to complain to. ******* told me that live calls, which are wrong numbers are 100% refundable. I had several where they want to call their insurance or ********* I held them to their word about refunding 100% live calls which are duds. ******** said as long as NG asks if they have ********* they consider that a good call. I wouldn't have went with them if I knew they DO NOT refund dud calls.Also, the data leads I purchased said "exclusive" but when I called, a few said they had been called already and one was already enrolled. - *****
