At first TruthFinder said that it had the person background. Second, TruthFinder ask me to pay for the membership so I can have access to the report.Third, after I paid for the membership, TruthFinder said that it was not possible to find any information about the person. Final, after signing up TruthFinder ask me for more money to search for the person that they have no information on it, through their email, phone number, and fewest more options. The more you choose, the more expensive becomes. What a ripoff. And they send me a report from another person that contains unexpected dirty pictures. They fell to provide a report requested for the individual. And there is a catch, in order to know if the report is from the right person you have to pay this membership plus if you are searching using their email is another charge plus if you are looking their phone number is an extra charge and they keep going with their extra charges.
As a consumer, I feel very unsatisfied and lied about. Prior to pay for the membership- ThuthFinder guarantee to have information regarding a person. After paying the membership, I received a report from an individual that I had not clue who was and the profanity photos, I dont need to see that! Or nether my family.As I mentioned before, the report given to me It was not from the person that they said it was as I requested prior paying for the membership plus extra.

I used Truthfinder service 1 time to generate a report for my husband and myself. For this service, I chose a 1 month usage payment of $28.33. I paid in April 2024 and what I got was a very inaccurate and incomplete report. Then, the following month I noticed another charge for $28.33... they had tricked me into some subscription for something I used literally 1 time! I canceled immediately online.. then I tried calling but can't get through on that number. ****** didn't give me the option to dispute so I disputed on my card and they investigated but found in truthfinder s favor. I did NOT subscribe to this service. They are sneaky and ripping people off!Business Response

This company makes it near impossible to cancel a subscription for the consumer. After easily signing up for an account online, I have been trying to cancel for a year. This company requires you to call during weekday working hours to cancel and most of the time wont answer the call. Truthfinder relies on deceptive "subscription" practices. I paid, $14 for what I thought was a single report, and ended up paying for two months of hidden "subscription", even through I did not need or use the service and did not know that I had "subscribed". I thought I was paying a one time fee of $14. I was charged the original amount and then two monthly subscriptions of $28.05 each time (Total $56.10) until I realized that I had accidentally "subscribed" and cancelled the "subscription".
