I used ************ for someone, I was initially charged $1.00 for a free trial. Then was immediately charged $39 for the service. I reached out and they couldn't find my account. I had to log in and show screen shots where I canceled months ago and sent out numerous emails and no one has gotten back to me. I would like a full refund of $108.12. The account that was created with the given information has been cancelled, and a full refund was issued as of April 23, 2023. No recent charges have been made to this account, as shown in one of the TruthFinder screenshots provided by ****************. To further investigate the situation of ****************, it is necessary for her to provide the following to assist in identifying the membership in question:
The last date and amount of the final charge(s) incurred
The first 6 and last 4 numbers of the card charged
The PayPal email address or PayPal Transaction ID Number
It should be noted that the company mentioned in one of the screenshots provided is OnlinePeopleFinder. The company in question is not associated with TruthFinder. Therefore, any inquiries regarding cancellation should be directed to them.

While an inaccurate report is rare, this can occur from time to time. We gather our information from numerous public sources. This information is then uploaded to our database. When you purchase a background report from TruthFinder, we guarantee that we will search every database available to us. However, because we simply display records as they are provided to us, we cannot guarantee the content of the records that *** show up in a final report.
We have cancelled all memberships and refunded Cina Fergusons account back to the payment option used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred. The was NO unsubscribe that would populate to give me a chance to unsubscribe. They need to attend to their site. I tried to unsubscribe at least 5x. I happy they unsubscribed me, but as stated, they need to attend to their site as I received over 5 emails asking me to pay to use their site within 10 minutes. The member id they gave me is: 190044091....I googled free websites that offer a back round ck on someone....Truthfinder came up......I answered questions and then it asks for money, which I thought was odd being it came up under "free". So I got so far into it, that it seemed I could not get out. So I bought their cheapest which I thought was 7 dollars or something, but ended up to be a total of $32.04 ($3.99 was to download a in depth report). That was a total joke!!!!! There was nothing I didn't know in that report and to scam a person with charging them to pay for a download!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!Business Response

OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY. They DELIBERATELY don't send monthly emails to let you know they are taking money out of your checking account, hoping that you FORGET that you signed up a trial. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY, by depending on people like me to FORGET. SO GROSS AND FOUL. I used this 'service' for ONE HOUR. Due to extreme family distress, I forgot I had signed up.
