    I last used Truthfinder's website in July of 2024. I canceled my account that same month, and have only just notice that I have been charged $28.33 each month since July 2024 despite cancelling the account. I reached out to them to request a refund, because I believe I have been charged erroneously. I received two responses informing me that they would not receive a refund and that they have not charged me at all since April of 2024. I would like a refund of $198.31, which reflects each erroneous charge after July of 2024, which they claim to not even have a record of.I am currently attempting to request a list of transactions from ****** because ****** does not allow screenshots.

    Consistent with applicable laws, all material terms, including billing details and automatic renewal terms, are clearly disclosed before submitting payment information, and each user is required to check a box separately agreeing to those terms before being charged. Our registration page and our Terms of Use clearly outline the details of our billing terms. Customers also receive a confirmation email for all orders made on the site.

    We were able to locate multiple accounts under ******** ***** information. The first account was created using the email address ******************** and has been canceled as of April 8, 2024.

    The second account was created under the email address *************************** We have now cancelled this accounts memberships and refunded ******** ***** account back to the payment method used to enroll, and no further charges will be incurred.

    Well my mom ******* Ann ******** has been dead since Sept 24 1990 her. Parents my grandparents are as well. Then I see that about the *** watch list. I find all to be very disrespectful to the dead. My mom is not in her 80s and my grandparents are not over 100 yrs old I can write you a letter and go into great detail. People search had no problem in removing anything

    **** your business, I just explained my problem for 15 minutes and you cant afford a website that works properly because you are a want to be low rent union. But youre a joke. You make it difficult to actually report bad business and you take money to prop up bad business. And one day, Karma with a capitol K, will knock on your door. Might bang your wife too.     I received notification that TruthFinder, an online data aggregator, was disseminating my private information. I have followed their prescribed procedures to suppress this data. As a retired law enforcement officer with 28 years of service, the dissemination of my personal information, including my phone number and address, by TruthFinder presents a significant risk of retaliation from individuals I previously apprehended.     I subscribed to this service specifically to find out my divorce date, so I can fill out passport paperwork. Since I was unable to find my divorce paperwork, I assumed this would be a quicker alternative as the website said you can search marriages and dates. Upon paying the $50.79 once the report was received there was no marriages or divorced is listed. When I called the customer service number to cancel the subscription which I was going to do anyway the operator acknowledged that it is on the website, but they no longer offer that in the report. The information I received in the poor report was information I could've found on the web myself. Offering a service and charging for a service and then acknowledging you don't provide the service is poor business management and extremely misleading

    Truthfinder.com has posted some extremely harmful, slanderous, and totally false information under my name on there website. I want it removed now, and I want to know how many companies and other websites they have sold this totally false information to.

    I want TruthFinder to stop providing my personal information to its clients and to remove my personal information its databases, and I want TruthFinder to refrain from collecting my personal information in the future. TruthFinder aggregates personal information from public records and sells it. It doesn't offer an easy way for people to request for it to stop sharing their personal information. TruthFinder has my name, address, and possibly my phone number and personal email. I want this information removed from its databases and for TruthFinder to never collect personal information about me in the future.

    This site has no accurate suppression link to remove my personal information. Its a scam. I dont want stalkers and I fear for my safety.     I cant suppress my information, because my email address is not associated with any sort of crazy email addresses this company has listed under my name!! Once again, I have NO criminal record or any traffic citations, etc.  Not only is this erroneous and fictitious, it is detrimental to the individual and further opens up the business to a defamatory lawsuit.

    Again, please explain in clear and unfettered English how I can delete my information as this places me in a safety risk for stalking due to a situation.

    I have NO criminal record.  ZERO.  What you are doing is unlawful, negligent, and illegal.  I will continue in my pursuit to cease all erroneous and fictitious information as click-bait to financially pocket and exploit innocent people like myself.
